I’m very happy with this office chair. It was packaged well and arrived in great condition. The assembly process was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. It took me about 20–30 minutes to put everything together by myself. Once assembled, the chair looked even better than it did in the pictures. The seat is comfortable, the cushioning feels supportive, and the backrest provides nice support during long hours of sitting and working. I especially like that the chair is adjustable, so I was able to find a height and position that works well for my desk. The chair was relatively easy to put together. The only challenge was lining up the holes with the seat. I regret two things about this purchase - the arms do not adjust up and down. You're stuck with the height. All you can do is flip the arms out of the way. Also, the arms are scratchy on bare skin. I live in a warm climate, I almost never have long sleeve blouses on. These two things are annoyances, but since I already put it together, I don't think I can return it.

I’m a WFH software engineer who spends easily 10 hours a day in a chair, and I’ve dealt with chronic lower back pain for years. I don’t say this lightly: this chair has it all. I realized that my old “budget” chair was basically destroying my posture. Within a couple days of switching to this, I noticed a real difference. The adjustable lumbar support actually hits where it’s supposed to, instead of just existing for marketing. It supports my lower back in a way that keeps me from slouching during long pull request sessions. I also work on a few different surfaces - sometimes my kitchen table, sometimes my office - and this definitely is lightweight enough to roll anywhere in my home. I only have tile, though, so I can't speak to carpet. The headrest is another underrated win. I didn’t think I’d care about it, its a headrest like what oculd be special, but during long debugging sessions or leaning back between meetings, it takes a lot of pressure off my neck AND it folds completely away if you want to lean back during a gaming session. The breathable mesh back is perfect too, especially working from home in Florida. No more getting hot and uncomfortable halfway through the day. Setup was straightforward and I had it fully assembled in under 20 minutes without needing to Google anything (which, as an engineer, I appreciate more than I should!!!) . It even came with spare parts. #iykyk. What really sold me is that I can sit for hours without that familiar lower back ache creeping in. It’s not just “comfortable” it has me checking my position and staying with a better sitting position. If you’re a developer, analyst, or anyone glued to a desk all day this should be on your "must try" list!

The raised texture of the fabric makes this chair absolutely unusable for more than a few minutes. The pattern digs into your skin and causes mini pressure points of irritation. You constantly have to reposition your body and arms to avoid this. You cannot wear any short pants with this as your legs will suffer the same fate as your hands. Do not buy this chair, the lumbar support is nice, but there's no point if you cannot sit in it and do work or even relax. The raised texture fabric is a terrible choice for something people are going to press their body against, especially for long sessions. It's a total waste of money.

It's very good for the sale price. It was fairly easy to assemble. I wouldn't say it's for a wide person. The lumbar support bar is adjustable up or down by turning the dial. The back height is fine. It comes to about my upper shoulders. The material feels a little rough but tough enough to possibly not split or tear. My only dislike is the texture of the arm rest. It feels a little rough.

Update 7/16/26. I adjusted myself in my chair using my left arm rest for leverage and the arm broke. Plastic pieces are used to lock the arm in place. The product description indicates support for a person up to 300 pounds and I'm not even close. Amazon did their best to try to help but it is past the 30 day return window so now I'm stuck with a one armed chair. If the seller would replace the arm I'd be back in business but this does not look like it will happen. It's not horrible but it also has a lot of flaws. The Good: It was easy to put together, it was only 95.00, it has a vented back and Lombard support which adjusts up and down, it has a cushy seat, it adjusts up and down and allows you to tilt back with a tension adjustment, the rollers roll around very well, The coat hanger feature on the back of the chair, while somewhat odd, seems to work well and gives you something to grab onto when you are standing and want to move your chair out of the way. The Bad: The texture of the fabric on the arms and seat irritate my skin after more than 5 minutes. It leaves micro pressure points that become sensitive like sitting on a meshed surface for too long as it digs into your skin. It's like it digs in and starts burning. I wear longer shorts to avoid that on the seat and I flip back the arm rests but the arm rests do not go back far enough to stay out of the way which can be annoying. The seat top will not lower down more than 12/13ish inches like my previous chair did so my ergonomics are off and I'm starting to get a pain in my neck/upper back after working 5 hours of my 10/11 hour days. The seat's tilt back feature does not lock into place
