Assembly was a piece of cake because the parts are packaged together and lettered in order of use in the directions. The directions are detailed enough for handy people to follow, but might be difficult for someone with no experience. I am very handy and was able to assemble the desk chair by myself in about 15-20 minutes. It's just a desk chair, so it is not insanely complicated. Shipped fast. Very good and solid chair. Good back support, good wheels, and adjustments. Armrests can be lifted up, which is a big bonus. There is also an adjustment to lock the tilt of seat at any stage and this is a nice feature too. Great Chair and Great customer service. The chair is in a class of its own when it comes to individualism.

First, I would suggest you take photos of the packaging in case the chair has a poor construction, or you just don't like it. Reason: the box states clearly you can't return unless the chair is packaged in the box the way it was shipped. That said, there are a lot of parts, and it can be very overwhelming at first when you unpackage but don't panic. The installation is quite simple, and the instructions are easy to follow. Just take your time. Fortunately, everything lined up, and all the screws fit very tightly. There is a tool provided for the installation. I would suggest keeping it in case you need to tighten it again in the future. The piston for the seat is strong and works nicely. No wobble. The chair rolls on carpet and hardwood exceptionally well. It is oh so comfortable with great lumbar support that is easy to adjust. The seat has exceptional comfort and padding. I'm looking forward to hours of comfort at my desk. Purchasing a chair or any furniture online, sight unseen can be very overwhelming. I spent days looking and reading reviews and even though this chair does not have a lot of reviews "yet", I'm glad I decided on it. Very solid chair. One of my main reasons for settling on this chair, the design and how the seat leather curved over the front - and of course the five stars from everyone. Hope this review helps with your decision.
