I think that this chair is great for the average customer. I bought this chair because it was highly rated and, per the specifications, satisfied my requirements. I'm on the taller side (6' 2") so I wanted a chair where the height of the base of the chair to the ground could be 20-24", a headrest that I could adjust, and a chair I could rock back and forth on when relaxing and could lock that functionality when I wanted a sturdier experience. I'm happy to report that this chair satisfies those 3 basic requirements. I've had to adjust the chair height just once, and it appears the hydraulics/assembly support my weight at the desired height. Same with adjusting the headrest. I'm not much of a chair expert, but for an average customer who just wanted something comfortable to sit in for long periods (desk job), I'm happy with the purchase.

Chair was a good value for what it is. It was pretty easy to put together but I put a few chairs together in my time. I like how high it sits and it makes it feel like I'm sitting on a stool at my desk. However, with it at the highest setting I can't necessarily get under my desk with my legs. But I don't mind that. I like that the arms fold upward and get out of the way if I want to sit like that.

It is comfortable but the arms of the chair are at a slight up angle. Seat slants down. I just put arm rests up when I use it. It’s value is what you spend.

Chair was relatively easy to assemble out of the box. The seat cushion and back are comfortable and the chair rolls easily. Downside to this chair is the armrests lack the ability to adjust height of the armrest. Makes it uncomfortable for certain desk heights

The chair took 20 minutes to assemble. My son uses it for his study desk. He finds it mostly comfortable. Wish it was a bit easier to move back and forth on the mat. Great value for the money though.

I like that it is small enough to fit in a tight space but big enough for comfort. Nice head rest. Material for seat and back is breathable and comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is that the material - while nice everywhere else - is itchy and irritating to my arms/elbows on my skin - on the armrests. Other than that, good buy.

Function and quality are real good overall. Only thing I noticed that is unsightly is that the back rest, made of mesh, attracts lint easily. Have used for over a month and do like it.
