It was very difficult to screw in the screws to mount the arms onto the cushion. Absurdly difficult to get the support beam securely put to the bottom of the cushion. However, once it's all put together, the hard work was well worth it. 👍🏼

I bought this chair for my office. Like other reviewers noted a few of the bolts that came in the box did not fit correctly. They weren’t long enough! I had to go to the hardware store and buy longer bolts. That was annoying. But for the price I can’t complain. This same chair at the office store chain was double the price. My only other complaint is that it’s noisy when you move side to side. But like I said, for the price I’ll put up with the creaking. Overall I’d rate this a good buy, good value. ... show more

Was sent the wrong color but decided not to deal with schlepping the box to a UPS store to send it back. Assembly: good instructions, all pieces were provided, took me maybe 30 minutes. Would have been quicker if my cat wasn't "supervising". Comfort: the seat is firm but it's brand new, I expect it'll soften after a few weeks. Very sturdy chair as a whole. The back of the chair is very comfortable, nothing pokes or digs into my back. Tilt/adjust height/casters: doesn't seem to tilt much but that's ok. Definitely good on height adjustment, pump reacts easily using the handle. Casters run smoothly on the seam between two area rugs. OVERALL: 8.5/10 only because they sent a blue one when I ordered a white one ... show more

I ordered 10 of these chairs and am very happy. They're inexpensive and also two-toned. The white may end up getting a bit dirty but it certainly looks good right now. Assembly was really easy. I'd recommend having an allen wrench bit and using a drill with a low torque setting to install if you have more than one chair. It really speeds up the process. There was no damage to the chairs and everything assembled perfectly. They even give you spare parts which I have a ton of now lol. Up down adjuster seems to work fine as does the rocking motion. I figure if one breaks I can order another one of these and still be under the cost of most chairs in a store. ... show more

I usually try to buy used so I can get a good price, but wasn't finding what I wanted. This will do for now. My ratings are based on the price-this is an inexpensive chair and it's quality matches it's price. It's not adjustable. If I was tall, this chair would not be comfortable for me. The grey in the photo is much lighter than the actual grey on the chair back. I would have just gotten black if I had known there wasn't much difference. It was very easy to put together. I did it in about 4 songs. My hands are numb today, so on a better health day for me, it would've taken less time. ... show more
