To start this review off, I don't believe I'll use this chair long term. It's okay but for someone who will be seated for long periods the seat cushion could be better. Overall, for short term use or a budget buy to hold you over then this is a fine chair thats likely on par with similarly priced chairs. Pros: - Assembly was very easy. There are very few parts and instructions are clear. I was able to assemble the chair myself in less than a hour. - Back support, the back of the chair is like netting allowing for breathability but is still supportive. - Wheels, this is a nice feature on any chair. The move with little to no resistance. - Adjustable height is fluid and easy to use. - Movable arms and adjustable height. Although basic features a good few of the competitors I looked at had only one or the other so it's nice to have both. Cons: - Cushioning, this is my largest and biggest issue. I feel like the cushioning is very lacking. Sitting I can feel the buttom wood inside of the chair. Luckily I used a cushion on top of it so I don't notice much. With out a cushion this chair would be difficult for long sitting sessions. - Packaging, a lot of the packaging was very solid but the packaging holding the screws may have been compromised. Although it was sealed I found about 5 screws floating around in the box out of package. I would recommend they better back the screws as without that you can't assemble the chair. - Attaching the back. This one may have been user error but getting the back on was quite difficult compared to the rest of the assembly. For that part a friend may be helpful. ... show more

    • Decent product but assembly frustrating.

Completing the final step was extremely difficult as the back is too narrow to easily attach to the arm pieces. Even though the arms were left loose, as the instructions indicated, the only way to get the arms attached to the back was to completely remove the arms from the seat cushion, attach the arms to the back, then force the arm/back assembly onto the seat cushion and line up the bolt holes. Assembly wasn't easy... you need to be pretty strong to insert the back piece between the 2 arm rests because you have to compress the arms into the back while trying to screw it all together. I'm pretty stubborn about assembly and can do anything the instructions claim is a 2 person job on my own... this is theone that bested me! ... show more

Keeping it for the support. Color is off, putting together be aware the arms and molded plastic material whatber it is so not align and screws are difficult. Not a chair for folks over 200 pounds.
