Do NOT get this chair. While it is comfortable the plastic smell did not go away for me. It’s awful. I have had this chair since February 7th of this year. I aired it out for weeks, let it bask in the sun, wiped it down multiple times with white distilled vinegar as well as dish soap… nothing got rid of that horrid plastic smell. I will be throwing this chair away and buying one from a different company. I suggest you do the same to save yourself some time, money, effort, and disappointment.

Bought 2, off white cream and black. Both are pretty good, very-very cushony. The 1st lever on the right side will raise and lower and the 2nd lever will allow you to unlock the lean back feature of the seat, it needs to be locked to use I think, its not hard to push back, this may be adjustable I'm not sure. The foot rest flips up from the bottom, and reaches about out to my mid calf, I am 5'9" average male height, so it's just about right. It comes with a pillow, which I use as kind of a addition arm rest, it's actually pretty useful. It's advertised as for bigger people, my wife is small and she can sit almost on her side, so it's decently large. They were not hard to put together and all the pieces seem like good quality. I would buy this again. The arm rests are a tad weak if you put weight on the front while pushing outwards - this isn't something I often do anyway, so not a huge problem, although I could see a kid breaking it from being rough.

Im 5'11 the chair is super comfortable had plenty of cushion adjusts well. The recliner is okay I don't not use it that much. Was easy to put together great price for a comfortable chair.

From day one, the chair had a slight forward tilt that created tension in my legs and back. Over time, it became tolerable and slightly more comfortable. To put it bluntly, this chair was literally a "pain in the butt" initially. The wheels use a two-piece caster design, with half-disc components on each side of an axle. If I roll over the edge of my thick floor mat just right—especially while sitting down or getting up—one of the halves will often pop off. It’s frustrating and seems like a design flaw, especially since the chair claims to support up to 400 lbs. The built-in footrest isn’t usable for someone my size. It forces an awkward leg angle or digs into my calves, and the flimsy, non-locking U-bar design doesn’t inspire confidence. The armrests loosen frequently and need regular tightening. After about eight months, the forward lean got worse. Attempts to adjust the chair shifted the balance in a way that now causes the center piston to leak air under pressure—it sinks when I sit and springs back up when I stand. This chair might work for lighter users on a budget, but it hasn’t delivered the reliability or durability it promises. I wish I'd gone with a more solidly built option. Based on my experience and the performance issues I’ve encountered, the claimed 400-pound weight capacity feels significantly exaggerated.

The media could not be loaded. Ylzyxal Big and tall office chair - my honest review: 1. I bought this chair initially because my boyfriend is a big guy. This is a substantial, well constructed chair that will certainly last us a long time 2. I needed a chair with good lumbar support. This chair comes with it’s own lumbar pillow that you can put wherever you need it or not at all. 3. This chair was easy to assemble for several reasons. First, the DIRECTIONS ARE SUPER EASY TO FOLLOW! You never know what youʻre going to get!!! The screws, nuts, etc came in great packaging where you absolutely know what to use for each step! No confusing what to use where! 4. Best part, in my opinion - it came with this well designed tool that is used for the entire assembly. You can tighten every part very wel to ensure sturdy assembly! NO EXTRA TOOLS NEEDED! THIS CHAIR PURCHASE IS EXCELLENT SO FAR!

The chair looks nice, however it is not well made. It leans, it pushes you forward, and the cushion does not hold up with continuous use. I added a cushion in the chair, but due to the chair pushing you forward, it just slides out as I'm sliding forward and makes the overall setup worse. I had high hopes for this chair, but you get what you pay for. Would not recommend. It may be better to just invest a bit more for something more durable.
