I bought this before a trip where I had to drive my truck instead of one of my SUVs pretty unexpectedly and needed a decent bed cover within a week. Most of the other sellers/products I looked at had extended shipping times so I took a chance on this based on appearance and reviews. Overall I recommend this cover. I did encounter a few fit and finish issues which is why I removed one star. Essentially the width of the cover where the Velcro material is on the sides is too wide for the rails with the corresponding Velcro hook strips. This causes the cover to bulge up on the sides by the rail when unrolled. The fix is to run your finger between the Velcro sections and pull the cover out. This uses only 2/3rd of the Velcro strip on the rail but is still secure enough because of the cross bars. This could be fixed by sewing in the strip on the cover section further towards the edge of the cover. A lesser issue was the quality of the retention clamps. They shed a bunch of aluminum shavings when tightened which could be a hazard if you're not careful. Now the positives. Install was relatively straightforward. The cover looks good on the truck and should be fairly durable. I went through a very heavy rain storm with 45 to 65 MPH crosswinds and the cover stayed secure and kept my cargo dry! The cover locking mechanism is made of plastic but seems strong enough to prevent casual attempts at theft. Lastly, the price and shipping were good.
