The bed cover panel consists of a standing seam AL slats system that provides seams that are virtually impenetrable to both knives and rain. The built-in cover lock makes it difficult to open the cover without permission. The cover's integrated sealing and drainage system keeps the bed and cargo sealed and dry in all-weather conditions, protecting against UV, dust, rain, snow, etc. This is true even when the truck is washed.

Description

With the Flowkottu tonneau cover, these unnecessary issues are eliminated. The canister anti-collision accessories can effectively prevent goods and other items from hitting the canister, thus preventing the cover from failing to retract. The handle anti-collision accessories protect the cover and tailgate from damage during use. Rubber strips and brushes prevent debris from entering the drainage system. The nut caps on the cover plate better protect the cover plate bolts from rust, corrosion, and other damage, thus improving their service life. With 4 drain pipelines and 2 drain outlets, they work together to prevent poor drainage. On certain truck models, holes need to be drilled for the drainage tubes. Seal sponge and rubber strip fittings are installed at the bed bulk head. Seal sponge and rubber strip fittings are installed at the 2 bed rails. I have put on many different types of Tonneau covers on a lot of Fords. These range from a $2,500 retractable that was on my F350, to Tri and quad folds, soft and hard. When I downsized, I put a quad fold hard on my F-150. That truck ended up not being a good match for me (needed more creature comforts). Anyway, my new to me F-150 Lariat was a short bed so I went looking for a new tonneau for him. I stumbled upon this one and I am thrilled I did. The fit is amazing. Unlike most tonneau covers, this one totally covers the bed cap and looks like Ford would have put it on. This makes it look great on the truck. The install was easy (only required a second set of hands to lift in onto the truck). The manufacturer thought of every thing right down to drains to move water out of the tracks and box. I did a hands free car wash with it and it only had minor leakage around the tailgate (vertically, nothing to do with the tonneau). I was considering a tailgate seal, but the couple of times it has rained showed no leakage into the bed. I might still do that if winter snow causes unforeseen leaks. As a big plus, this Tonneau actually works with the powered up and down lift gate, a big reason I bought this truck. With just a tad effort getting the cover centered port to stbd and fore to aft, I should never have to lift that beast again. The opening mechanism is a little different but once you figure it out (easy) it works like a dream, especially opening which is spring assist. Closing is just as easy by pulling on the strap provided. I probably will rarely open it, but it is nice to know the functionality is there if needed. I primarily use the Tonneau to keep my walker out of the weather and away from prying eys. My dad once told me doors and locks can only keep honest people honest, but insurance makes almost everything right ... LOL. It is also handy keeping totes in the truck for grocery pickup. All in all, this Tonneau fits and performs as well or better than the $2,500 one I put on the F-350 for my needs. Coming in under $800 including tax, it was a bargain that out performs my expectation. I haven't had it long enough to speak to durability, but it seems heavy duty and well made, since I am not hard on Tonneaus, I suspect it will be great.

Installed, this is a great product. Installing it is a pain. My kit was missing the F set of screws, but luckily there was an L set that worked just as well. I noticed that there are various ways to install these based on the truck you have, so I think our set was for a slightly different install. I had the help of my wife and we had to use a combination of DIY installation videos and the printed instructions. Overall, it took about 2 hours to complete, and the finished install looks and functions great. I love that the door has 3 positions it can lock into and how smoothly it operates. The fit isn't as tight as I hoped, as there is about an 1/8" gap where the tailgate meets the rubber gasket on the lid, though there is enough overlap to keep water out while travelling down the road. Overall, very satisfied (now that installation is over).

The cover looks ok on my 2026 F-150 Crew cab. Ford made the dumb decision to tapper the bed rail from the cab to the tailgate. When you put a straight feature on a tapered one the lines don't look very appealing. However the cover functions amazing! Its done nothing but rain from the day i installed and the bed is dry as a bone. I actually installed the full carpet bed liner before and was worried it wouldnt work together and it fit amazingly! I went with the Husky Gaurdian Comfort Full Bed Liner. Cover locks up great! Make sure the tailgate end is not spread too wide or you will get issues with one side locking only. Easy to adjust and get functioning 100%. We bought one of those high priced Peragon covers for a 3500 RAM and we feel like this is a MUCH better cover for rolling up and pulling it back, lock mechanism, and this one is way better for weather. BTW the instructions in the beginning really suck! The part on how to slide the side rails onto the roll up part don't make sense. I had to watch the youtube video they attached in the captions. Why would they just not create a install video with the same instead of some random hillbilly's video? 5 star cover, 2 star instructions= 4 star review

Hard to assemble. Way too expensive! Retracted and got stuck! Tried calling got support but they are in CHINA, and I’m USA, so in order to get support, I’d have to be up in the middle of the night! Not happy. Have already filed to return!

Installed it in March 2026. It is now July. This cover has survived my 22 year old son standing on it (185lbs), rain, 3 hail storms, and even a snow load (We ARE in Colorado...) I've even taken it through a car wash. It has stood up well. The slide still works fine, and she opens and closes quite well. Lots of features and a great price. It took 2 1/2 hours to assemble and install. Pretty decent instructions.

Ill start by saying that I really like this bed cover. How ever the install packet it comes with isn't very good for directions. I couldn't figure out how to attach numerous parts without watching the video. Took about 1.5 hours to install. With that being said my initial reaction is it's a great product. They didn't cheap out on any hardware. Operation is extremely smooth. Looks great, and I'm looking forward to it not flopping around like my old leather roll up. My only real complaint is it doesn't seal to the tailgate well. I'm not sure if will be an issue or not. Otherwise the water sealing gaskets are far better than the other systems I've used in the past. Overall this is a no brainer at the price point. Very happy with the look and operation. It's definitely more water tight than any other system I've used. It's an easy buy.

Quality bed cover. Installing this thing was a little bit of a puzzle and you're definitely going to want to offer a friend or neighbor a couple of beers to come over and help get it up into the bed of the truck when its time to install it. My advice is take your time, read the instructions and if something doesnt seem to want to go together, slow down, wiggle stuff, look at it, make sure everything is lined up. There are some aspects of this that are thin metal and could be easily damaged during assembly and installation. Your truck will likely not need all the components in the kit. Ours came with some kind of rail kit installation parts, which our truck didn't have the rail so we used the mounting brackets instead. I would recommend it someone looking for a hard rolling cover. It is not one that is easy to pull if you think you're going to use your whole truck bed. You might as well consider this permanent. Though it isn't. We didn't adhesive seal it the back of our truck either. It comes with the adhesive, we just didn't use it.
