    • Great airbrush but make sure to take it apart before use!
I recently purchased the Master Airbrush Master Performance G233 Pro Set with 3 Nozzle Sets and overall, I am pleased with my purchase. The spray is great and the kit is very easy to use, making it ideal for beginners. However, I did encounter some issues when I received the kit. The airbrush was just flopping around in the case and I noticed that some of the parts were loose. When I first tried to use it out of the box, it did not perform well. After cleaning it and taking it apart to tighten everything up, it worked great. I would suggest that buyers take the time to ensure that all of the parts are securely tightened before using the airbrush. Additionally, I would recommend that the manufacturer include a little extra packing foam to prevent the airbrush from popping out of the cutout in the case during shipping. Overall, I would give this product a 4-star rating. While the airbrush is easy to use and performs well once it is set up properly, the loose parts and lack of packing foam in the case are issues that should be addressed by the manufacturer. If you are willing to take the time to ensure that the airbrush is set up properly, then this kit is a great investment for any beginner. ... show more

While I normally airbrush my caricatures‘s, sometimes I get other kinds of airbrushing gigs. It was nice to be able to buy a new airbrush that I wouldn’t have problems with and have it hook up. It fit my Iwata hose so I didn’t have to mess with getting new adapters. I’ll definitely buy this again and keep it in addition to the new one. ... show more

    • Adapter/Fitting info you can take to the bank
You want to know the RIGHT fittings/adapters to buy so that this can hook to your standard, home depot style air compressor? After copious reading of the reviews (to be led astray), and finally finding the right fittings myself with trial and error, Here is the info you're looking for! This spray rig's fittings are all 1/8" BSPP (not BSP or BSPT). British standard pipe parallel. BSPT has a tapered thread, and there is no BSP with no 4th letter. You probably want to eventually end up with 1/4" NPT... so that this can connect to a quick connect adapter and your US standard compressor. You'll need to figure out which quick connect you want to use at your compressor (male or female 1/4 threads). Here's my setup: Airbrush into included flexy hose Flexy hose (female) to adapter that is 1/8" BSPP male to 1/8" NPT female (this adapter is available on amazon from TEMCo Industrial, searchable as "1/8" BSPP Male to 1/8" NPT Female" and is brass, with a black O-ring). Then, TEMCo adapter, female end, 1/8" NPT.... mated with adapter that is 1/8" NPT male to 1/4" NPT male. This adapter is available on amazon as "Anderson Metals - 56123-0402 Brass Pipe Fitting, Reducing Hex Nipple, 1/4" Male Pipe x 1/8" Male Pipe". Also brass. Then, the 1/4" NPT male, goes into a quick connect that is female 1/4" NPT. On amazon, searchable by "T TANYA HARDWARE Air Hose Fittings And Air Coupler Plug, Air Compressor Quick-Connect FNPT Female Plug Kit (Industrial Type D, 1/4-Inch NPT Female Thread, Solid Brass, 2 Piece)". So...two special adapters (and $15) to get to where you can use the brush with your 1/4" NPT standard stuff, and one quick connect that probably came with your compressor...and this airbrush is ready to hook up to your DeWalt or other HDepot/Lowes compressor! Don't forget a pressure regulator, and water vapor trap...     • Improvement over current airbrushes
Did a preliminary checkout, fine lines and a signature. Can already tell it's a major improvement over the self-destructing Aztec and my siphon feed flea market find. There's a complication getting it to connect to US air fittings which wouldn't have required a lot of effort by the manufacturer to correct. Check other reviewers for the extra fittings needed. Also, the padding in the case is really tight. I worried that I might flex the tubes that the other two needles came in and bend them. ... show more
