Assembly was pretty straight forward as long as you organize everything in the beginning. Everything comes out of the box kinda mixed up but for the most part it was easy. Luckily everything was labeled properly. Having some help doesn’t hurt either. But over all great product. Super sturdy and looks really nice. It adds such a good, beefy look and does what it’s supposed to do. I was very happy. Highly recommend.

Installation was simple although there were issues. The back and center supports required included adapters. Odd considering my vehicle is a 2023 but did NOT have pre installed rocker panel nuts, bummer. Also, the center bracket needs a fishe wire which is not included. I thought the brackets WERE of sufficient strength to support them (I saw some who felt the gauge of the stamped steel brackets was inadequate). I will agree that hardened nuts and bolts (automotive grade) should be included. I may replace nuts and bolts in the future. All in all happy with purchase and would recommend this product to others. I called customer support over parts and the person I spoke with didn’t understand English (or, I didn’t understand her English, not sure which). That wasn’t a deal breaker.

Like the overall product. Instructions could have been better but when you place the main supports in the wrong position you figure out quickly that it won’t fit .

I bought these and installed them about 16 months ago and these are practically falling off my truck. They have rusted through and now I have to either see if they can be welded or thrown away. I do not do off roading and take care of my vehicle. I also do not live by salt water. These are rusted through and i am surprised. So do yourself a favor and do not order fro this company. Get something that is better. I am shocked at the customer service. I called cutomer service and the first person I spoke with stated that they would take care of it. After not hearing from them I called back and was told.. Oh no refunds and NO we wont replace them.. These are crap..

First these running boards look fantastic, but..... 1. Installation instructions and pictures are worthless. Mfg needs to identify left (ds) and right (ps) side main brackets and support brackets and their correct orientation or these will not go on. A simple white paint mark on each bracket and detailed locating instructions would have saved me 4 hours. 2. The recommended tool list is not complete. Plan for 9mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm and 16mm wrenches and sockets as the size of the nuts are different from the bolts. 3. On my '21 Warlock, only the front factory running board bolt location is factory threaded. The mid and rear need the provided stud and nut adapter bar, but there is zero instructions how to install it. I dropped the bar down inside inside the rocker twice before I figured out that you insert the nut end first and get a bolt on it through one of the 2 holes. Then you use that bolt to manipulate the stud through the opposite hole and get a nut on it. Laying under my truck is the last place I want have to solve a puzzle. 4. The 16mm bolts that connect the main brackets to the step brackets are black, yet many of the other connectors are cheap 8.8, zinc hardware that is visible from the outside of the truck. Please make all hardware black. 5. My running boards look fantastic but it was a mission to get them installed. It could be so much better. Edit Oedro contacted me about this review, and gave me a partial refund. I believe they are genuinely interested in providing a quality product and hope that they address the issues that I and others mentioned above. I will be buying other things from them for my trucks in the future. FF
