I had an airbag light come on, and I thought it was gonna be an airbag sensor or the airbag itself, and after running the scanner, it found out that the battery was running a little bit low and set off the airbag ECU to think there was not enough voltage to run the airbags. I bought a battery charger and tester on Amazon and it tested the battery, but said it needed to be recharged which I did and that saved me from having to take my car to the dealer. ... show more

First scanner i ever own with plenty of features like the pricey ones. very helpful with instructions on what to look out for an explaining (what you will feel or was feeling) when it shows a engine code for a sensor. pulls up wiring diagrams from the internet, or where exactly you will most likely find that bad sensor, fuse or relay. also will pull some YouTube videos but the videos have no audio youl just have to read close captions that will get in the way of what your looking at so a way around that just type the video title in your phone or tablet an watch an listen from there as you work. the ai would make lil suggestions like check the plugs for any corrosion or bad wiring like burns, rodent damages, pinched or any bad grounding wire connectors, takes screenshots, does live screen recordings as well. I'm still learning it but for now I'll say good product for the money 👍🏾 if you don't want to spend over 500 for a scanner and looking for one with almost all what the pricy ones can do look no further. but when buying other models in this brand check the features to know which one works for you as some got lifetime updates an others max at 2 or 3 years an you'll have to pay for new updates as they say in the info of other models. some of them mite not have ai to help you through task like this one does but if your looking for something in this brand with more features check for that in the info section. but this one here you can't can't go wrong if you just looking for something so you can work on your own vehicle an learn something while saving a few dollars along the way ... show more

    • Great unit. Could use some better guidance in the instruction booklet enclosed.
The unit seems very robust. I’ve never used one before and unfortunately, it’s a little bit confusing and the instruction booklet is not very helpful. Like with most electronic things I’ve muddled my way through it and was able to find my car run a diagnostic and clear DTC’s. So all in all I think this is a great unit. I just wish that the instructions were a little bit more clear and I didn’t have to search around so much to figure out what I was doing. But that’s just part of the learning curve. ... show more

The more I use it the easier it is to run and the more I am impressed with it's capabilities. Definitely recommend adding this if you're wanting to get one for the price it's worth every penny. Thanks And the A.I. is worth it alone.

It was a great product. Works pretty well and pretty fast. Then I updated it and functions started disappearing. Bottom line is its okay but don't count on the maintenance functions being there tomorrow
