Plastic button sheet was completely loose straight out of the box, probably works but it's brand new never used, very low quality manufacturing, granted obd2 technology is simple and this was cheap but it should at least not fall apart in the box before you use it, it is past the return window because I found the one I already had before this arrived, went to give this to my brother who needed one today and was embarrassed when I said it was brand new and opened the box to this cheaply made item. Very bad construction!!!

I give this thing a 3 star review. Because after three months it won't turn back on. I got on Amazon to troubleshoot it. All they tell you to do is clean your o b d 2 port and plug it in again. There is no further help at all. It doesn't look like you can contact anyone for help.
