The quality is excellent. The grill with its built-in heating element is perfection, but its my first air-fryer-grill and a bit tricky to learn. The probe is great, but must be doing something wrong because when it hits the temp for the meat I am grilling, it should be perfectly cooked, but it is actually very rare in the center. Like anything you have to spend some time with it to figure out how to cook things perfectly as you expect. I also don't like having 10 seconds after preheating to open the door and put the food in. I can rarely do that for some reason, then it ends or stops or...I don't know, something happens and I am confused. That said, the food cooks fast, it is super-easy to clean and the quality of the grill and every part, really, is great, too. ... show more

I'll admit that we have only used this as an air fryer so far because my husband likes to grill and doesn't see the point in using it as a grill yet. It does an awesome job as an air fryer though. I appreciate that I can just leave all the racks in it when I am using it, I don't have to store all the parts separately. The temp adjustment knob works really smoothly and is so much easier to set than my old toaster oven. Once it gets up to heat it defaults to a 15 min cook time, but the temp knob can just be turned to set it at whatever time you need, hit start, and it shuts off when done. The door seals closed like a microwave door so it does open and close hard and my husband was at first irritated that he was pulling the fryer towards him every time he opened the door, but her will be appreciating the seal in the summer when it's not putting out heat into our house. This is my first air fryer so I am still learning all of what this can do. ... show more

    • Replaced my toaster oven and grill.
Excellent device for the kitchen. Many food products are providing air fryer settings, YAY! My criticisms are that the wire racks retain debris in the corners even after running it in the dishwasher, and there is no handle to remove the very hot rack with food on it. It takes two oven mitts to handle it without getting burned. I suggest a non-stick coating on the wire racks and a sturdy handle to remove the wire rack. Alternatively, one could make a wire racks using a thicker gauge wire with larger corners that allow for easier cleaning. ... show more

This is a very nice air fryer. Fries, chicken, and hamburgers are easy to cook in this. A frozen pizza will not fit - small personal pizzas cook well though. My only con is that a normal size pizza does not fit. Everything else cooks well and it is a small footprint on countertop.
