I am an experienced air fryer user, and this is my 3rd purchase. I enjoy cooking and use an air fryer at least 4 times per week. I read many reviews before choosing the NuWave, and I am extremely well pleased after using it one time. I do not like the small round interiors of the Ninja products, having always had a rectangular basket. That factored into my selection of the NuWave. I also chose a basket that DOES NOT have the push button feature to insert/remove the basket from the heating unit because on my previous 2 appliances, the latch broke. Once the latch doesn't work, the air fryer is useless. So the NuWave was my choice - roomy rectangular basket with no latch. The NuWave basket is designed to slide in and out without a latch. Love it! The instructions were easy to understand, and the product manual and cookbook was included in the packaging. I love the subdued sound of the buttons and the air fryer is much more quiet than my previous 2 appliances. I cooked 2 beautiful chicken breasts in the bottom and placed 2 baked potatoes on the rack on top. Once the chicken was cooked, I finished up the potatoes and added a salad for a delicious dinner in a little over 30 minutes. I signed up for the warranty and at this point, I highly recommend this product. The odd shape doesn't bother me because it is stored in my pantry between uses. ... show more

This is a very good size and cooks food great. I had an old air fryer that was literally a temp dial and a timer so I got used to just throwing stuff in an turning a few dials. This took some getting used to because it has many, many preset options, all are great by the way. However, if you want to reheat something for 5 mins I suggest pressing Start, this will actually start cooking at a preset temp and time (360 for 15 mins) however, you can change the time and temp which is great for quick warm ups instead of looking for the menu options.     • Stop working after one use
Just received this product so exited to use it because my old one was too small and needed a bigger air fryer. I cooked some wings it trying to adjust the best time it. Then cooked another set of wings, set it for 25 minutes I noticed I didn't hear it and saw it was shut off try to turn it back on but it wouldn't so I noticed to was really hot so I put the food in the oven instead to let it cool down while unplugged after an hour it still wouldn't turn such a major bummer after just receiving it today it blows out hope to get it replaced if not then refunded because I'm not keeping anything that I can't use until then 1 ⭐ Update: They sent me a replacement the same day I sent the other back to Kohl's returns . Bought this on Prime Day and it surpassed my expectations. It makes my Turkey burgers quickly, without any oil, & they come out GREAT. The clean up is super easy & fast. I'd definitely recommend it to friends, family, etc...

After a few months the preheat never turns off. It just heats it forever. Other than that it works fine
