Being honest, I did a TON of research before buying these a few months ago, and pans are weirdly confusing to purchase. Your options are nonstick with chemicals that give you cancer, nonstick with ceramic that scratches when you sneeze at it, cast iron which are great but heavy, or other real metals (like copper) that cost a TON of money. These are ceramic and not too pricey comparatively. I was really surprised by how many companies say they don’t use bad chemicals only to find out they do (all of the “diamond coating” and “foodie never stick” pans have some kind of carcinogens). These seem to pass the smell test as far as that goes. Do they scratch when you sneeze at them? Yes. DO NOT put them in the dishwasher, don’t nest them inside of each other, do not even THINK about using metal utensils. No forks, no whisks, I wouldn’t even really use hard plastics like the ones they sell with them. My boyfriend put the main pan in the dishwasher ONE time and it scratched all over. I switched to silicone everything and that has worked great (the silicone also doesn’t chip or melt like the plastic utensils usually do, you can see them in the picture, I like Core Kitchen brand best). The good news is the pans really are SUPER nonstick. So long as they are still hot, everything just wipes out with a sponge like it’s butter, so there really isn’t any need for strong utensils or going through the dish washer and I can honestly say I spend less time cleaning them than my old pans, even doing it by hand and I haven’t scratched any others. The most surprising thing I found switching to these from old chemically nonstick pans was that the heating/browning was VERY different. These pans heat slower but then get much hotter. I burned everything for weeks but then I realized that if you time it right, things don’t burn and they can actually brown for much longer and get a much deeper caramelization or char without getting that burned flavor. Recently I’ve been making food that’s WAY better than I could have possibly achieved with my old pans. That was a surprise bonus. They also look pretty nice with the copper color. I hang the ones I use most often on an IKEA pan hanging rack and the rest I store vertically in a pot rack that I also got on Amazon. All in all, understand the risks. They’re going to scratch easily, but that’s ceramic. They look nice, and surprisingly, they cook food great. Hopefully they’re also adding the minimum amount of cancer on top. If you have an unlimited budget, get better fancier pans, but if you’re poor like me and willing to get silicone tools, these are the best bang for your buck from what I could find. ... show more

Wow, wow, WOW! I am impressed with this cookware! I looked at a lot of cookware options and read a lot of reviews before deciding on this set. First, let me tell you how impressive they look, but looks are not everything. I have never owned a set of cookware that actually did not have food stick to them - until now. Pancakes with fresh blueberries cooked perfectly without any oil and lifted right out of the pan. Rice noodles for chow Mein, cooked for the first time without them sticking. Clean up is a breeze. Do yourself a favor and purchase an all silicon set of utensils to use in these pans, I read on one of the reviews that this would be a good idea. Someone also said they don't stack or load in the dishwasher and I am going with that, too...don't want to take the chance of losing the magical cooking power. These pots and pans are very affordable and worth every cent! ... show more

The pan has some good weight to it and I appreciate that bc it doesn’t feel flimsy. I also feel like the heat is distributed really well so it cooks great on all corners, perfect for my pancakes! Plus the color is very nice, I usually get black pans but I love the copper.

Absolutely fell in love with these. I usually always avoided cooking eggs because even if you grease the pan, it still sticks. With these I don't have to and they just slide right out! Sunny side up here we come!

Ok after having them for a year, I love them. Great Quality, Even Heat & Cooking. Not one scratch in the cooking surface & I cook a lot. No sticking and super easy to clean. My only wish is that they made other sizes & styles to add to my set. So if the company actually reads this, please make this style (color) in additional sizes ... show more
