Great pons and pans. Large set and very nice color. Have used them about 5 times and no scratches or problems yet. Make sure to only use rubber or wood utensils, no metal! They will hold up great if you stay true to that. So far, super satisfied!

Although the blue color is more matte finished and is not bright as pictured on Amazon, it turned out to be a great match for my dishes. I like the heft of these too, as they are not too heavy….although the small frying pan could use a little bit more weight to keep it balanced on the stovetop. I haven’t tried it on my induction plate yet but I imagine the magnetic bottom will eliminate that particular issue. I made a very nice omelette in the larger square pan that came out perfectly golden brown. The pan was so much easier to clean than any of the previous steel or nonstick pots and pans I have owned….including some big name brands. Good deal for the price too. Hope they last several years past the warranty. That being said…. Be aware that if you intend to use these to cook/bake anything at higher than normal temperatures …(The description of the temperature maximum stated here by the s”SELLER as “500 degrees Fahrenheit and oven safe”), DOES NOT MATCH the temperature maximum as stated on the shipped manufacturer box. Hence it would probably be a good idea to stay well under the manufacturer recommendation of no higher than 392 degrees Fahrenheit. (Hope this was not intentional on the part of the Seller because having the option to cook at higher temperatures with induction cooking was a major reason I chose to purchase this set. Just received the pot and pan set by Nutrichef. Product looks like it is made well and will be using it today. The product description was spot on and I'm excited about the attachable strainer.
