Really love these pans! I'm a brand new stainless steel user. I've used these for a few days now for a family of six, and they are wonderful. Cook really evenly, easy cleanup, which I had always been nervous about with stainless steel. Just put some warm water in while it's still warm, and whatever residue is there lifts up! Their care instructions covers everything and they're just good quality!     • Better than expected
The pots and pans set has been truly spectacular so far. Our apartment comes with a electric stove and range with the most annoying auto-shut off feature which automatically turns on and off depending on the set temperature. But belonging to Asian cooking culture, we have specific needs of being able to maintain constant heat for being able to help with searing and often deep frying food. The copper bottom of the vessels somewhat helps retaining the heat way better than the non-stick variants and also helps avoiding food from burning off.     • Wish it had a bit more weight
They are thicker than some stainless sets but I was a bit hopeful they'd be more thick for heat retention. I'd say these are fine for most home cooks and I'd recommend them for people who are on a budget but want good quality.
