The two main things I was looking for in the cookware set: a non-stick surface, and that it was dishwasher safe, both of which this was! After being washed for the first time, I didn't see any signs of discoloration or dullness like my other set. The non-stick coating is also extremely non-stick and very durable....and I am using so much less non-stick spray throughout my cooking. I have been using this set 5-6 days a week for the last month and you seriously cannot tell they have been used at all. I highly recommend this brand if you are looking for quality and durability. I got this set as a housewarming gift for my buddy that recently got a new place. We opened it up right away, hand washed them and started using them. (He already knew I was getting him a set) For the price range, these pots and pans were a lot more solid than I expected. The non-stick worked well and cooked the foods pretty evenly. Yes, they are non-stick pots and pans, so I reminded him to not use it on high heat and don't let it sit heated with nothing in it. But, these pots and pans don't have all those chemicals that get you sick, so I guess just gotta worry about it when it scratches or chips. This set was bought after moving to a new dorm. I have used this for over 3 weeks now, and I can say they are of good quality. The non stick part is for the most part true and accurate. It is a little bit too expensive in my opinion for the set offered, but I made the purchase and have not been disappointed so I won’t take points off for that. For me this is like a product you know you wanted and you get it and it lives up to its expectations. Nothing to sing praises about or anything, but just sufficient. Anyway, I was torn because the top rated products on Amazon had so many good AND bad reviews. Well, I stumbled upon the Nutrichef set and oh my gosh I'm so glad I did. I'm not sure why this doesn't have more reviews, but I knew that I was making a good purchase since I didn't see any poor reviews and it's almost 5 star! I made ONE meal with this set and used a WOODEN spoon- insides were left scratched and scuffed just from cooking one meal. I returned them today and wanted to warn you- DO NOT buy this set.

I looked for days at cookware of all prices. For the money these are by far the best. I love them. You can wash them with a soft eashcloth, no scubbing or sticking. You get a lid for each piece which they all do not provide. I got the blue and it is beautiful. I only cook on low to med heat and things brown nicely with just a dab of butter or olive oil. One of the pots had a strong chemical smell and smoked when trying to boil water in it for the first time. Reaching out to customer support was easy and quick and they are sending me a new pot!
