LOVE LOVE LOVE! I’ve been wanting one of these for a very long time. I was very surprised with how quiet it is. It’s very easy to use. It doesn’t take up too much space. It spits out ice every three minutes. You will have a large cup of ice within 20 to 25 minutes of it being started. It’s very quick. The qualities is also great. Ive been in and out of the ER for stomache issues and all I get if I am lucky are ice chips. This makes "chewable" nugget ice in minutes. The chewable I believe is just the small size. There is no setting for different cube. Ive been getting cups of ice at fast food or gas station as I waited for this to come. Yuck taste tap water ice. Now I have fiji ice to suck on and when it melts its just good fiji. (Update - I only filled up the reserve tank of water. You can overfill the reserve tank. You cant overfill the main tank. So its kind of reversed. So you can set it up for a full cache of ice) This is perfectly capable of providing 1 person 1 full cup of ice leaving the ice basket in and just constantly work on more. Every 5-10 mins i can hear a couple dozen tiny cubes slide out. If you want to fill up the basket with ice it will probably take some refills on water, and some time to be ready for a few people to party at once. When those cubes melt it goes back into making ice again. I been using fiji, but if you use hard tap water, this will build up. There is a cleaning water cycle. But you can reach inside two water banks for hand cleaning.

Purchased 2/15 and it’s already dead. Added white vinegar to it to clean it because the water got cloudy. I ran the cleaning cycle and it didn’t work. It has since started making a noise that sounds like a blender is on. Besides these issues I will say I was also disappointed by how wet the ice is, if you transfer it to your freezer it just clumps together in a huge mound and is hard to break up. It’s also extremely loud. I SO much wanted to love this thing, my husband wasn’t for it but I insisted and now I’m the one admitting it was a bad purchase

This ice maker is the perfect size for my husband and I. It is easy to use. We like to have ice in our freezer to use whenever we want. We have a plastic container we fill in the freezer as we make ice. This little guy makes ice very quickly.

Works very well! Ice is similar to Chick-fil-A ice. I use purified drinking water to avoid deposits. I've had it 2.5 months. It recently did start making a rattling noise regularly and isn't a very quiet ice maker. It gets the job done though and fairly quickly.

I have an ice maker in my fridge, but takes forever, and my household loves ice! A friend of mine has this same machine, so I made sure to get the same. It produces nugget sized ice quickly, and a massive amount of it daily. Which is good, cause my other ice maker can't keep up, and I got tired of running out. I bought this one cause it can keep up! Was able to keep up with 4 people easily, and still have some in the bucket! Comes with a scoop. Its got a self cleaning mode, so I know it will keep things fresh and clean. The ice it makes isn't hard on your teeth, for ice chewers like myself. It's not that loud when it's running. You can leave on, or turn off at night. It makes so much ice, you can even store some in your freezer! It's not to heavy, small enough to be portable, take to a party or something. This thing is worth every penny!!

we make ice tea alot so we go through alot of ice and this thing is a work horse just wish it would keep it cold but we have an ice dispenser for that we just fill it up and we never run out of ice worth every penny spent.
