I’ve had this nonslip sticker mat installed for a few weeks now and it works perfectly! I found it very easy to install. Great traction! Looks good to me. My tub is porcelain on cast iron and the glaze is very worn so the mat stuck very nicely.

I love this item. It’s so thin you don’t even know it’s there, but it has enough traction that you’re not going to slip and you don’t feel like the mat’s going to slip out from under you. Trust me it’s very secure. Also easy to clean and you don’t have to worry about mold underneath it. I recommend this to everyone. My only tip is when you get it, lay it out in the sun on a flat towel with something on top of it to flatten it out because it comes rolled up. It will be easier to lay in your bathtub once it’s flat.

When you first see this, you think it won't work at all for giving traction on the bottom of the tub; it seems so ineffective since the texture is not dramatic. But, Boy! It's surprising! I ordered it for my extremely fragile and unstable 89-year-old mother, and it was just the ticket for giving her secure footing. And on top of the excellent traction it gives, it never gets moldy, does not harbor slime, can be sterilized over and over if that's what you want, never needs to be taken up and hung to dry, and after three years of use, it looks as good as the day I first installed it. And as for that, read and follow the directions exactly, and it is easier to put down than you will think. It stays put, never has curling edges or anything like that. Also, if the bottom of your tub is looking tired, this'll make it look like new again. I'll never use any other type of tub mat, that's for sure. Really great.

This mat worked for us for over a year-and-a-half and kept us from slipping in our bathtub when taking showers. However, after using it for this long there are 2 caveats for those interested in buying this liner: 1. Wash it regularly (we used Oxyclean spray foam) or it will get slippery and therefore dangerous. Also dirt can get ground into the surface and it becomes unsightly to look at. 2. Don't expect to ever remove it without special tools -- this is not an easy-out liner. The glue bonded to our tub big time. We recently decided to reglaze our tub and that's when we learned the liner would not come out without a lot of effort by the reglazing specialist. This is why we lowered our rating -- we would have rated it higher because it did keep us from slipping in the shower and covered up some of the unsightly chipped glaze that has since been reglazed. Unlike other reviewers it did not bubble and it did not have a slippery surface.

I've been using this for about a year now and I love it! As a renter, I don't want to put too much money into a place I don't own. And I bought it to cover up the bottom of my tub that was heavily worn and painful to look at. After a year, there are no pealing edges that I was afraid would happen. No fading or discoloring. I don't have any reason to pull it off, and I'm glad I don't have to because it seems like it's really stuck on there. This is a solid product! To clean it requires a little elbow grease to get into the small grooves. My suggestion would be to spray it first with a bathroom cleaner and let it sit, letting the product do most of the work loosening it up. And then after about 10 minutes or so, come in with a scrub brush to finish. Sometimes I shake my head on poor reviews of a product like this that is so solid. The one guy's review said his elderly mother almost slipped and he ripped it out for her safety. There's no way that was caused by this product based on how long I've been using it. And I have to admit, his review almost stopped me from buying it at first. My guess is that he's probably a troll or competitor, and said that to play on all of our fears of putting in a product that would potentially hurt a loved one. I highly recommend this bath mat.

I just had my antique tub reglazed and it was so shiny that it was very slippery. this mat solved the problem and no water can get under it to get nasty and smelly. It isn't quite as bright white as the tub but still rates 5 stars in my opinion, I would buy again. So I actually DID buy again. The first one I purchased is working flawlessly but I was having issues with another tub that is acrylic. The foam support structure under the tub had deteriorated and was allowing the bottom of the bathtub to move when weight was on it. I was about to have the tub replaced when I came up with the idea of drilling about a dozen holes in the bottom and filling the area underneath with expanding foam in a can from the big box store. I purchased this tub liner, drilled the holes, filled them and set a five gallon bucket of drywall mud in the tub to prevent over expansion of the foam, after it cured I cut away the excess that came back out of the holes, sanded it a little and put this liner over the tub bottom. The repair is invisible and so far has worked perfectly with no more give to the tub bottom and great traction to boot!

Easy to use. Effective. I did not use this in the bathtub, but instead cut it to size and applied it to the steps of our Guidecraft high rise step and to the foot platform of our Stokke trip trap high chair. Gives our toddler good traction and we've had no issue with her slipping on food as she gets out of her chair, or slipping on water that's spilled on her step after splashing around in the sink. Easy to cut. Easy to clean, even on the stool used at the bathroom sink where our potty training toddler washes hands at least a dozen times a day and may splash and play in the water for 20 minutes or so a couple of times. No cleaner has been necessary but I've used diluted vinegar to sanitize. It still looks brand new. And there's been no issue of adhesive squeezing out of the edge and catching dirt.
