    • It's stayed on for almost a year
I thought it would be thicker. It's a little thin for my liking and the non-skid "ridges" aren't as pronounced as I'd like it to be but it works. It sticks really well because it's been in my bathtub for almost a year and only a little part of one corner is starting to come up.

    • Exactly what I needed
I have a rental house and several years ago had to re enamel the bath tub. This year, the enamel started cracking and I didn't want to have to redo it again so I purchased this product. I covered the crack right up. Was the same color as the tub and so far, so good.

    • Perfect solution for my narrow 1908 foot claw tub.
There is no other solution for my narrow tub. No modern suction cup mat works, as the tub is narrow. I can customize the mat by trimming to the needs of the tub. Eventually, water does seep into the sides, as the tub is curved, and I replace the mat about every 3 years. It’s a small price to pay for not slipping. Once, I bought the clear one, which I did not like. The white is perfect. The mat is easy to clean with barkeeper’s friend and is restored to its original bright color. ... show more

I have never gotten one of these before, so I went with the least expensive one and this seems fine! I can’t imagine why anyone would need any other features that this doesn’t have and pay double for it.

    • Works perfect
It was very easy to put on bottom of tub and took maybe 10 min. My mother has stability problems and falls. All others that just sit in, kept lifting and making her trip amd fall. This she said works perfect. No lifting and she has not slipped so far at all. Highly recommend.

    • If you want a permanent, trouble free solution, this is the one
Chances are you're looking at other solutions with suction cups. I've researched... They crack, they're bumpy on your feet, and they get mildew. This has none of those problems. I was worried it would feel rough on my backside if I take a bath... Nope, very comfortable, but it provides just enough traction that I'll never slip and fall. It looks like the tub came with it, since my tub is white. Three tips: 1) Make sure you clean the surface very thoroughly. I suggest cleaning, rinsing and drying the surface very thoroughly, but ALSO (unlike me) using some rubbing alcohol with elbow grease and letting it dry before install. Leave no fuzz, dust or even the slightest hint of soap scum underneath. 2) Initially I installed with air bubbles under it. You can poke the bubbles with a needle and squeegee them out through the hole. The tiny hole doesn't show because of the texture. You can do this while the tub has a few inches of water so you can see the bubbles rise. 3) After install, heat it up with a heat gun, then press or squeegee down even harder and let it cool. This adhesive is kind of thick, and the heat makes it acts like hot glue, sticking even better. ... show more

    • Works Great!!
I've been using this for about a year now and I love it! As a renter, I don't want to put too much money into a place I don't own. And I bought it to cover up the bottom of my tub that was heavily worn and painful to look at. After a year, there are no pealing edges that I was afraid would happen. No fading or discoloring. I don't have any reason to pull it off, and I'm glad I don't have to because it seems like it's really stuck on there. This is a solid product! To clean it requires a little elbow grease to get into the small grooves. My suggestion would be to spray it first with a bathroom cleaner and let it sit, letting the product do most of the work loosening it up. And then after about 10 minutes or so, come in with a scrub brush to finish. Sometimes I shake my head on poor reviews of a product like this that is so solid. The one guy's review said his elderly mother almost slipped and he ripped it out for her safety. There's no way that was caused by this product based on how long I've been using it. And I have to admit, his review almost stopped me from buying it at first. My guess is that he's probably a troll or competitor, and said that to play on all of our fears of putting in a product that would potentially hurt a loved one.
