I was recommended to take a combination of Vitamin D3 and K2. They say it’s more beneficial that way — it’s better to take them together. I take them every day and really hope my body is absorbing the beneficial ingredients.

I just started using this a couple of weeks ago and I honestly don’t know if it’s helping me yet . I Have osteoporosis and I am taking calcium supplements so I was told taking this will bring the calcium to my bones where it belongs. I haven’t had any side effects from taking it.

Good quality; great price. I started taking this product when I was found to be dangerously low in Vit. D but couldn’t tolorate the prescription mega dose. We decided to build up slowly. I quickly noticed mood changes, more rapid wound healing, better sleep, and a number of other improvements.
