I really was hopeful that these small, inexpensive hearing devices would help my Husband's hearing. However, they were very hard to adjust the volume or mode while in the ear canal. The adjusting button is so close to the "stem" (used for removal) that they are useless.

I bought my Audien Atom 2 Pro in June 2024. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I used the devices permanently on the "TV" program which worked very well. Recently one device stopped working. I immediately contacted Audien and told the problem. They swiftly responded and at this moment they are replacing the devices with a new pair. They have already sent the postal reference and tracking details. I expect the replacement very soon in South Africa. So much for Audien after service! I give 5 stars to Audien service. Hennie

Impossible to listen yourself talk in a conversation. Totally overkill on the amplification. I would not recommend these to others. It makes me sad because they were supposed to be my birthday present from my family. I was excited to get them but Totally let down. Is also to complicated to figure out volume and different modes.

After losing an $8,000 pair of prescribed hearing aids I decided to try cheaper over the counter. Of course there’s no comparison. They’re visibly large and uncomfortable compared to what I’m used to. I won’t complain because I didn’t expect the same quality. You get what you pay for. Hopefully I can find the right frequency to prevent the loud piercing screeching I frequently experience in my ears. They work. I just have to discover the right adjustment. If not it’s off to the doctor to get another prescribed pair.

My father has spend 1000s of dollars (without exaggeration) on prescription fitted hearing aids and refused to wear them. He complained about the noise, the batteries, and the fitment. I bought him these and he was thrilled with them. He says they're comfortable, he likes the adjustable volume, and the sound quality. For under $200, you cannot beat the value. I bought him a second pair in case he has to charge them, loses them, etc. Thank you!
