I researched ceramic cookware for six months at least. Nuwave, Greenpan, calphalon, gothamsteel and ninja. It came down to Greenpan or ninja. I know the Ninja name and have multiple Shark, Ninja items so I went with the name I knew. These are wonderful pans, I had a lid that fit the small frypan and the lid from the saute fits the large frypan. The handles stay cool on pans and lids as long as you do not grab close to the pan and of course the cleanup is amazing. I am 81 and the weight is very manageable. I am 65 yrs now. This will last me for the rest of my years, I believe. Really amazing. I got it at a very good price. Love the ceramic and that it is safe to use , non toxic. I have other Ninja products, coffe maker and the large pan with the steamer insert and all just the best quality. This is such a beautiful set, I love it, I was just surprised about how small the set was. This cookware set, is definitely more for a single person, or a family that cooks everyday. I haven't had any major issues, no discoloration, because I put the fire on medium to low. The handle, even though stainless steel, does not get hot, only if you touch the portion that is really close to the pot. There is only 4 covers, even though one of the videos shown shows that all the covers could fit all the pots and pans, that is NOT TRUE. The two pans do not fit any of the covers in the set. Also, I notice one thing that is odd, the covers make a crackling noise when it is on the stove with heat, whether fully covered or half covered, it makes this crackling noise, which worries me a bit, because I have never experienced that before in any other cookware set. ... show more
