I have returned this item. The workmanship, charging case, and accessories and instruction booklets were all fine. The actual function of the hearing aid did not work for me. I followed all the directions, tried different ear buds and made sure the hearing aid was placed properly. Once in the ear the whistling was constant no matter what I tried. I also felt that it was not easy to adjust the sound and the pull cord (to remove hearing aid) seemed in the way. I also wonder about how sturdy the pull cord is and how easy it can bend and be damaged. Although many other hearing aids have the same pull cord feature. The sound quality did not seem to improve during close conversations or at a short distance. I followed the instructions on charging but within a few minutes of wearing I got nothing but continuous whistling and beeping. I again tried to adjust hearing aid in ear but had to re-charge, tried again but the same whistling and beeping. Charge did not last long. I understand these are amplifiers and not a true hearing aid that is custom made for my hearing but I thought at least the sound amplification would be much better. Returned and will try another type.

the one for the left ear, the wire is loose and have to mess with it to get it to work. The right one works good.

Run away as fast as you can!!!! I bought this item on March 23, 2025 and also bought Asurion Insurance package. The right aid went out on May 15. The ins company told me to contact the seller. Absolutely no response!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am arguing with the the insurance company. The aids worked fine for about 7 weeks. But are of no use now.

I have high frequency hearing loss, above 10kHz, so sometimes things aren't clear, especially in noisy areas or watching TV at low volume levels. I was hoping these hearing aids would help. The sound was very tinny, like a small, portable AM radio. Low frequencies were non existent and the overall sound quality was poor, in my opinion. Feedback was hard to resolve, and even with the best fit I could manage, was never totally gone in certain situations. I'm sure these would work for someone with more severe hearing loss than me, but I had to return my set as I couldn't find any use for them.

I wasn't fond of these hearing aids. They were bulky in my ear and they were hard to adjust. Just have a tiny button to push to adjust. One button didn't work well (kept sticking) so I couldn't get the extra noise calmed down. I returned them

I have bought over 5 hearing aids that all are terrible they have a delayed echo. I have one pair that works somewhat good but only on of those hearing aids works and the other one works only for a half hour. How do I find a good pair?

If you have narrow ear canals these will do nothing but whistle and scream. Adjustments are more than awkward and the sound is like putting a tin can on your ear. Cannot recommend these at all.
