Good quality, easy to assemble. Only small issue is that I wish the seat was an inch or two longer. Fan is nice and Bluetooth connection lets you play your own music. Very quiet and smooth operation.

Resistance level was way too much even at the lowest. Spent an hour on the phone talking to a rep to figure out how to adjust it. After spending several hours of removing and replacing shields, etc. and doing the adjusting, the resistance level is still way too much. So after another hour on the phone with a rep, it came down to have to have a service person come which is costing me $159.00. Outcome remains to be seen. This is an excellent exercise bike, well built and plenty of features to use. Be aware that assembly takes a bit of time and this is VERY heavy so make sure you have some help before moving it around for installation. Once assemble, it provides all of the functions of a regular bike (resistance selector, seat height setting, distance and time tracking) plus it has a decent bluetooth based speakers that can be paired with your choice of tablet or smartphone if you decide to use your own routine. The bike itself is comfortable and easy to use once you figure out the controls and set them to your preferred method of exercise, I have not seen any notes about maintenance but it does not seem to hard to keep the bike in peak operating condition. Don't buy. It's junk. After 3 rides the wheel has already started making bumping noises, the buttons on the arms for volume and resistance fell off and don't work. It also had trouble connecting with the bluetooth on my new iPad. Sometimes it's taken up to 8 or 9 times before it actually connected to iFit. The workouts on iFit are geared to bicycles, not recumbent bikes. The recumbent bike doesn't have any handlebars, so it's impossible to get out of your seat and pedal standing. Nordic Track doesn't even sell this model anymore. I wanted it assembled in my house, It was, but the assemblers took everything with them including the box and Amazon wants it reassembled and back in the original box. They also want to pick it up on your front porch, so be prepared to reassemble it and lug the 157lb bike to your front porch. I had to cancel the return. Never again. ... show more
