With an iFIT subscription (sold separately), you can follow expert iFIT Trainers through thousands of outdoor workouts spanning the most beautiful locations across all seven continents on the 22” Tilt & Pivot Touchscreen. iFIT's intelligent fitness technology can control your incline treadmill to deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust can automatically change your -3% to 12% incline and your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in AutoBreeze Fans automatically adjust their blowing power to match your workout intensity so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. When you’re ready to follow expert-led yoga and strength workouts, rotate your monitor and follow along next to your treadmill. So very worth it
I agonized over whether or not I wanted to buy this treadmill. So much so, that I ordered, then canceled the first time after seeing the rough reviews regarding ifit being required. I did extensive research on ifit and watched many video reviews- pelleton vs this nordictrack, etc. I can totally respect the viewpoint that if you pay a good amount for a treadmill, that it should come with bells and whistles that don't come attached with a monthly bill. I too typically get all worked up when I feel that I'm getting fleeced after having purchased something. Herein lies the first time EVER that I'm not totally worked up. I paid to have the nordictrack put in the room I wanted and for it to be put together upon arrival. I thought it was a bad sign when it took multiple steps to get my ifit account set up, and a little patience as it took a little time to register and start working when completed to register the account. However, after all was done, ifit is running smoother than ever time and time again. I feel that this treadmill was designed to work with ifit. And, if one goes into the purchase understanding this, their perception of this machine is far greater than it would be otherwise. There are tens of thousands of things to choose from, different instructors, different styles, real places that you're walking through and sometimes getting really neat history on. Mountains, volcanos, bridges, forests, you name it. Don't like chatty people? I usually don't either, but I found fairly intelligent, reserved and calm instructors that I favor over others, and funny enough found that it's pretty good for my mental health to take a nice virtual walk with a positive and well informed individual while unplugging from TV. Still, don't want to hear people talking, just hit the minus button for volume and mute the instructor, takes about two seconds. Although an expensive treadmill should absolutely come with bells and whistles, I just can't imagine the price it would be if it came with all ifit makes available preprogrammed within it. $10,000, maybe more? What's more, this machine coupled with ifit pushes you to actually move, challenges you in a fun way and helps you to really lose weight. As the virtual walk or run that you are on goes through various virtual inclines and speed adjustments, the treadmill auto adjusts to reflect this- declines, increase in incline, speeds and slows throughout the experience. You really feel like you got a nice walk or run at the end of whatever you choose- just pick the level and length appropriate for you. I've got an old treadmill downstairs, it became a clothes rack as the old joke goes. An elliptical, same thing.. I dust it once in a while. This nordictrack with ifit going, my husband and I just keep going back for more, day after day, several weeks after getting it. Sometimes, we might even have to play rock, paper, scissors to see who gets to go first if we both want to walk around the same time. I have been using the Nordictrack 2450 treadmill for a few months now and I am very impressed with its performance and features. This treadmill is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a variety of workouts, from running to hiking, with the guidance of expert iFIT trainers. The 22-inch HD touchscreen is amazing, it delivers an immersive experience while streaming iFIT classes, and it can be tilted to follow workouts off the treadmill. The treadmill is very sturdy and stable, and it has a powerful motor that can handle varied speeds or inclines. The AutoAdjust tech is very convenient, as it allows the iFIT trainers to control the speed and incline of the treadmill during the workouts. The treadmill also has a -3% decline and a 15% incline, which adds more challenge and variety to the workouts. The treadmill is also easy to fold and store. The Nordictrack 2450 treadmill is definitely worth the investment, it has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals and have fun at the same time. Treadmill is Great but Amazon screwed it up
do not get the amazon installation and pay for a nordic track specialist to come set it up. Amazon put it together wrong and would not send anyone out to fix their mess.

Good so far…
We have had this treadmill 2450 for about a week. We had a delivery miscommunication but was easily resolved. The machine requires a subscription to iFit in order to use the screen. We pay about 39/mo for that. So far we love it. The iFit studio work outs and hiking videos are so awesome. It is super motivating and the time really Flies! Nothing like counting down the clock. It automatically can adjust your speed and Incline as the terrain changes during the hikes. It’s so cool. I’ve worked a lot harder than I’d ever do it on my own. So far we love that it can do. The machine takes a long time to warm up after you turn It on. You can’t just turn it in and hop on. Also for us, we’ve had a lot of creaking as we walk and as it adjusts inclines. I’m not sure why. The large screen is awesome and it seems to work fine (for now). I’ll update this if we have any “events”. I realize everything is disposable these days but I would hope a 2500$ machine would last and last. I’m not sure…the treadmill itself feels like any other I’ve ever tried. Pretty basic. I’m hoping we won’t experience any problems. ... show more

Amazing treadmill for the whole family

First off I to want say, you should get a subscription for iFIT to take full advantage of this advance treadmill technology. I am an advid runner over 55 and not only do I get to run my local races, but all over the world with iFIT trainings. From Kilimanjaro to Arizona, even google maps from my hometown. My wife likes to create her maps to walk in her home town. You can do other types of training with iFIT like yoga and strength days. Simple worth the money and the screen is large and moves around, unlike the Peloton. The decline is an outstanding feature that is often not found on treadmills like this, having it gives the realistic experience of coming off an incline hill. I love it and it has helped me get a better workout for my races. ... show more

Great value!
We have been treadmill owners for over 15 years. This is by far the best treadmill we have ever owned. Granted we’ve never splurged the way we did sight this one. Our favorite features include the ease of use including setting up profiles and using the challenges and series. We have used it for running, walking, hiking, yoga, Pilates - it really is more than a treadmill with the monthly iFit package. We are also impressed with the stability of the machine. My husband is 6’1” and over 200lbs and it is a very sturdy machine for his runs. We look forward to years of use. ... show more

LOVE my NordicTrack Commercial Series 2450!!
Received the NordicTrack Commercial Series 2450 on time and without any issues. Paid extra to have it delivered to the second floor and no issues with getting it up and into the bedroom. Assembly was a bit time consuming (around an hour and a half) without any issues (just take your time and have a second partner to help!). Once powered up and connected to the internet, (having signed up for an iFit account beforehand), I was able to start my month's free trial and I was surprised at how amazing the quality of the display and audio is. Around halfway through my first training series, I was already looking forward to my next (yes, working with a personal trainer and the amazing scenery is way more motivational than just running on a treadmill without it). Overall, I love this treadmill and would highly recommend paying a bit more to have the larger screen, as the locations are absolutely amazing! ... show more

Great hardware, iFIT ruins it
First off the physical hardware is solid and was fairly easy to assemble. The bottom section has the motors attached so is the heaviest part, but the rest was ok for me to assemble by myself. The iFIT software though? I will never buy another NordicTrac or iFIT connected thing again. After paying for what was claimed to be one of the best treadmills on the market is ruined by the iFIT software. Want to do anything besides a simple track? Subscribe. Want to pair with Google/Apple health? Subscribe! Want to watch Netflix or Disney? Actually no, not even if you subscribe. But hey! Look at all these cool work outs and challenges, you should join in! Oh, only if you are subscribed. Want to see your history of exercises? Are you subscribed? Yeah thanks iFIT because this treadmill wasn’t already expensive enough. Pros: solid frame, easy buttons to switch elevation or speed, built in fan, nice screen Cons: iFIT, iFIT subscription required for EVERYTHING, no entertainment apps and no place to set a tablet. I’ll probably end up paying for iFIT just to use the thing, but will never recommend it to anybody. ... show more
