Love these pans!!! Nothing sticks, even burnt cheese. 😯. Just follow the instructions regarding seasoning the pans and you won't be disappointed. Use med-high heat for best results.

these pants were good for the first couple times and now everything sticks to them. I’ve cleaned them properly. I’ve tried to ensure that I’m using a little bit of butter or oil in the pan and everything sticks.

I researched pans to replace my aging premium professional non-stick Calphalon set. The most often used 8" was starting to have food stick and the surface was just starting to peel. Because of the great reviews, I rolled the dice on this set. They are a bit of a knock off to the well known (HC) brand that is VERY expensive with some negative reviews regarding food sticking. After securing the handles (I used my tools instead of the supplied mini-wrench) I followed the directions to wash with soap and season 2-3 minutes on med-low heat with vegetable oil. My choice was avocado oil. The quality of these pans significantly exceeded my expectations when considering the cost...simply outstanding! For a cooking test, I made a breakfast sandwich with a silicone egg form. I used the recommended med-low heat and EV Olive Oil. I used fresh mushroom half, honey ham, Egg Beaters, and shredded Mexican Cheese. I covered the pan with a lid from the Calphalon set and prepared on a toasted light wheat English Muffin. Candidly, I was shocked to see how easily the egg dish was removed from this pan! No sticking, whatsoever. While I have to see how these pans hold up over time, so far so good. The non-stick aspect worked very well. Summary: Highly recommended. I am deducting one star because there should have been a 3rd lid included for the 8" pan. I use an 8" pan several times a week and a lid is a must. See photo of Lodge Round 8" Tempered Glass Lid I purchased on Amazon as a solution. It is GREAT quality and fit the 8" frying pan in this set perfectly. ... show more
