Love this saute pan. I fry meat, saute veggies, fry sticky rice, fry eggs, grilled cheese on fresh bread. The texture inside the pan is new to me, so eggs were tricky. It crisped frozen diced potatoes for the eggs to sit on. All turned out very well. I still monitor watch as I cook foods. I keep the temp on med or a bit lower. The learning curve is going great. Wipe pan once done eating. Cleans up well. Happily surprised and nice to find it isn't terribly heavy when loaded. Very happy I bought. Cannot remember price and quality comparison prior to the purchase. But, would buy this again. Oh. I have a black glass cooktop standard oven. Some research says ceramic. Idk? The elements turn red and it gets hot. I do not shake any pan on the stove top to help eliminate any scratches. ... show more

    • Great value; fast to heat; easy to clean

1.) season the pan with 100% pure avocado oil (or similar high smoke point oil). Apply a very thin layer and put it in the oven at 170, 350, then 480--letting it spend 30min at each stage. There will be some browning/discoloration. That's normal. 2.) cook a few things on it before you scramble eggs on it. 3.) target a heat level about half of what you're likely use to with other pans--this gets hot very fast and distributes well 4.) cook with a little oil whenever possible 5.) use a spatula with a thin, hard turner. Don't use silicone spatulas for things that might stick (like eggs). I followed the steps above to good effect. These have become daily drivers alongside Allclads, myriad non-sticks that I'll be throwing out soon, ceramics, etc. This is what I use to scramble eggs, and it works beautifully. I really, really like the fact there are no rivets on the cooking surface. This makes cleanup way easier. I've had mine for a few months now, and have been very impressed. ... show more

Love this frying pan. The 12 inch is perfect size for my family. Not as non-stick as advertised but it's still my favorite pan. Cooks evenly and is lightweight. This pan is a workhorse in my kitchen.

I really wanted the viral skillet set, but I just couldn’t bring myself to spend the money. Thought I would give this one a try and I’m so glad I did! It’s a great option. Easy to clean, nonstick, and dishwasher safe. It cooks evenly and I feel like it was a great purchase.

This pan is pretty nice, but it is NOT non stick like advertised. Wherever it isn't black, food sticks. However, it is pretty easy to clean up. Just now what I expected for a nonstick pan.
