I have had several of the expanding water hoses and they are not at all robust and do not last for more than a season. These hoses do not expand or anything but are light weight and durable making them easy to work with.

9.4.24. I have tried to reach out to the company by going through the amazon troubleshooting the website provided doesn’t exist. I was given a longer warranty for writing a positive review and a $10 gift card. They don’t respond to my emails. So I am lowering my stars. The first hose I bought works great. It’s the one I bought in June 2024 that leaks now in 2 places. Edit: 8.25.24. The hose developed a leak today. So I have to change my review. Very sad that it split today. I think I have an extended warranty so hoping someone from the company sees this review. Not sure how to contact them. I originally bought this because I hurt my arm and pulling a heavy hose around was impossible. Since then I have ordered another one. It seems to be made great. It doesn’t kink and it’s easy and light weight to pull around. I’m sure I will buy another one this fall when we start planting grass seed.

My only complaint with this hose is the plastic starts cracking on the connectors pretty quick, but it doesnt affect anything so I am still pretty satisfied with the hose itself.

Comments primarily about the seller. Had an issue with a leak. Notified seller via Amazon and had a replacement in 3 days. Wow!! About the hose, I have three in use to water a 1/4 acre garden and have 4 in use about 10 hours a day. These hoses rock! Employees are spoiled now with these light weight, tangle free babies. Will only buy from the seller. Thank you.

NLast hose I bought was a standard green hose. It lasted 2 yrs before it cracked and leaked, no real effective way to fix it. So this black expanding hose has been doing the job for a few weeks now. It's flexible, it's not the plasticky green hose that kinks and is hard to store. Instead it's easy to store, rolls up to a small size, and when I turn on the water in seconds it's flexible material rapidly fills up without kinking to do the job. Can't speak to it's longevity yet, but since it's not that heavy green plastic material my guess is it will last a good long time. And it's light and portable.
