Packaged Extremely well. Looks great, very good quality. HOWEVER!!! - 1. The power unit emits an ever so slight hum in-between fully bright and fully dim. So when its fully bright - no sound, when fully dim - no sound. Anything in between emits a hum - not noticeable but its there. The bluetooth needs to be reset every couple of connects - which is extremely annoying. If you put this mirror on a switch that shouldn't be a problem, I didn't - I ran it directly. The brightness level is very good. Very bright, the lowest setting lights up the entire bathroom which is 11x6. The highest setting, there is no need for other lights unless your shaving or whatever. The speakers are legit - even on 50%-60% they are legit - don't expect Bose quality - but then again its not needed here. Everything else is well thought out - there is a soft strip in back which prevents water from getting in - haven't had a chance to try to anti-fog feature as the bathroom is remodeled as has high powered air exhaust so its never foggy. I do recommend putting this on a switch to make life easier. If its plugged in directly you will always have the 2 red touch buttons lit up - not a big deal but not necessary when not in use. The bluetooth issue - after a couple of days of no use - the bluetooth shows up but cant connect to any device, a reset takes care of that problem, there is no password and then after like couple of hours its almost like it times out - very odd. Mirror looks legit - expensive and classy. Is it worth 440 bucks - probably not!!! - but you wont find anything cheaper in the size I was looking for. ... show more

Update: Upon reading about the 2-year warranty, I contacted the seller and they immediately offered the choice of a refund or a replacement mirror. I would definitely feel comfortable buying from this company again. Quality not the greatest. Although we received in July, we did not get it installed until September due to lack of available electrician (he did not think it was that easy to install either). It initially looked great, but we noticed some desilvering (discoloration of mirror) around the bottom edge in December. Very disappointed that this is happening after only 3 months of use. ... show more

Not sure how to contact the company but I have multiple dots on the mirror which I think is a tiny air bubble but the light is reflecting off it and very annoying. Would like someone to plz contact me for a replacement.
