Beautiful chair, and easy enough to assemble. I Received e-mail communications from the manufacturer during the process of shipping because amazon was having some difficulty processing my order at first; he/they were incredibly supportive, responsive and overall genuinely nice to deal with. I've used this product for quite some time now ~ 6 months or so, and It hasn't changed shape, The massager still works, the arms are comfortable and adjustable. They even have a left or right subtle give to them which allows me to game a little more freely. During Quarantine I've used this chair for working at home, gaming, and I'm a musician, so it's literally used, about 18-20 hours a day, And I use it as a foot rest for bed since my bed is not long enough. I've slept in this chair, and done more than anyone's fair share of sitting in it. The materials resist odor and are well stitched. they resist water and sweat. I'm 6 foot and 180lbs. The only issue I have with this chair. and it's VERY MINOR, is that when I fully extend the foot rest, I get psyched out, and have this sensation that I think I may break it. It doesn't seem completely trustworthy, but that could just be me, or the way I put it together. This is countered by: The build is incredibly sturdy, and will hold you. I've leaned this thing it's maximum lean, which is more than 180 degrees. (picture laying down but your feet are about an inch raised at the end.) and it did not seem like the chair would fall, break, creak, snap or anything. IT IS STURDY! Quality material. Quality Product. Quality Construction. Quality People. Quality price. 10/10. This is Exactly what I wanted in a chair, they nailed the colors, they nailed the chair, and threw a massager in to boot. They were brief and helpful, polite in responding to me. Would Highly recommend this chair to any interested. Have no doubts. This is the chair to buy :)

I’ve had this chair for one month and five days. It was easy to assemble and I first noticed it was comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. This is a chair I use almost daily for gaming, painting, and working. I love that it reclines and supports my back and also my neck. Height adjusting of the seat and arm rests works well. My husband also loves this chair and ones one of his own. The sides of the chair are showing mild creases which I don’t mind but for such a short time I feel like that’s soon to be showing wear but it still looks nice and doesn’t interfere with the function.

I specifically wanted this chair because it had a max weight of 350lbs. I'm not that big, but I tend to sit in my chairs... oddly, and this seems to destroy chairs pretty fast. Typically I get cheapo desk chairs, so I guess instead of changing my ways, I just decided to get a better chair. The leather-esque material on the chair is really nice and put together so well. I have seen other chairs that have terrible stitching that starts to tear into the fabric, until it finally gives. The arms go up and down and are slightly squishy/spongy. The chair can recline to totally flat, AND it can still lean back. I'm honestly terrified to try them together. My girl keeps insisting it will be fine because of how far back the piston is, but I'm afraid to go flying backwards in this thing, lol. It reclines with a lever like the passenger seat in a car, with the lever to the right of the pivot point. The footrest could go out a bit further and be a bit more sturdy (with my legs fully extended on it, it flexes downward a bit), but for a footrest built into a gaming chair, I'm very happy with it. It's just a bonus feature really. Really nice wheels that turn and pivot very easily. The lumbar messaging pillow is pretty awesome. It's kinda loud, but it's surprisingly strong. The head pillow is also a nice touch. Another thing I would consider a bonus feature. The seat itself is extremely rigid and comfortable. Assembly was really easy, mainly thanks to the fact that all bolts arrive in their threaded holes. No bag of bolts, no comparing and contrasting bolts to figure out what ones are "BOLT A" and so on. Grab the seat, grab a part, take bolts out to put them right back. Another reason I appreciate this is I've bought products before where bolts are the wrong size, or the threaded hole is at an unusable angle, or other random quality defects that would have been noticed had someone just tried to screw a bolt in. My ONLY problem with this chair, and maybe this isn't even something that can be fixed or changed, but the piston. The way these pistons pop into their spots, just like cheap desk chairs, they're crap. They creak and squeak and pop. I also hate the typical desk chair lift/lower lever. Just like most desk chairs, you push it in and the chair can't lean back, pull it out and it can. What's annoying is when it's in and you lean back, once you hit the limit, the chair starts to go back and to the right. When the lever is out and you lean back, once you hit the limit, the chair starts to go back and to the left. Both of these "problems" are minor, and I KNOW I'm nitpicking, but that's also kinda my point. You have to nitpick to find anything wrong with these chairs. Very happy with my purchase.

Showed up fast, was really, really easy to put together, and is exactly what I was looking for. Vibrating module arrived defective, but they replaced it immediately and it showed up in a couple days! In fact they sent multiples just in case, which all work, so if I want I can have more massage pillows, ha ha. With or without the lumbar vibrating feature, the chair is just the right firmness and supports the right places for me. I love all the different ways to recline and position this chair, which is great for my back issues and having to change how I'm sitting so often. If you're looking for a chair to help train your posture, I think this is good. It can be uncomfortable to correct yourself, but not because of the chair not allowing space to sit freely. (For me I'm learning healthy sitting habits.) If you need to take a break from sitting up and sit lazy for a bit, there's room to slouch or sit on a leg, but it's best to try to take advantage of the back support or just recline for a bit. One critique: While the balance is stable otherwise and you don't fall back or feel uneasy, the chair does tip forward easily when you attempt to roll forward. It goes better when one of the wheels is centred in front, but if you try to pull forward by scooting, you'll likely take the chair with you, so don't roll forward too eagerly, ha ha. Definitely happy with my chair!
