I will start off by saying I'm 6'4" about 220. I ordered the regular size in fabric hoping I would fit. Much to my pleasure, the regular fits perfectly!! The height of the backrest allows me to put my head back and get support. It goes about 3/4ths of the way up my head. The magnetic pillow is great and I am able to position it to where I can actually get support from it; not like some chairs where the pillow rests on my lower neck. The quality of the chair is pretty decent as well as overall comfort. Fabric is comfortable and looks nice. I have spent several 3+ hour gaming sessions in it and the support is great. I will say that the seat is very firm. To me this is good though and has had no negative side effects during longer of sessions. The 3d lumbar support works well and I really appreciate not having a fixed protrusion that jams into my back. It's nice being able to adjust it to fit your lower back while providing support. The 4D arm rests are high quality. On them the padding is firm with a little bit of give. The area where other reviewers have complained about cuts isn't as extreme as I thought. I was expecting a knife edge but it's just a bit rough. Very easy to adjust the arm rests. The only 2 things I don't like are that the chair has a bit of wobble where it meets the cylinder. Nothing serious but if I sit upright and wiggle a bit it isn't completely solid. Second complaint is I wish the padding in the upper backrest, right below the M emblem, were a bit softer. I slide down in my chair quite often and if I sit with my upper back pressed against that area, I feel it. Honestly that is probably a good thing though as it forces me to sit upright hah. This is the best chair at the price point for someone of my height imo. I bought a 500 dollar chair from a competitor but returned it as it wasn't as comfortable.

This chair is pretty good with reasonable price. I've been looking for a quality chair in my study for a long time since I hope it fit into my all specific requirements. I'm 6' 4", 350lbs and sitting over 8 hours every day, every chair I've tried is too narrow or feels unstable when I lean back a little. I got a fabric chair XL size and this one seriously fits me like a GLOVE and meets my expectations! I plan to update my review in 1 year after purchase. The adjustable back support is AWESOME and give strong support for my back. Reduced the pressure and made my cervical spine comfortable after sitting all day As the seat cushion larger than the chair I purchased before, if you have really big thighs I highly suggest you try this one！The low sides on the seat will not squeeze your thighs.I do most work sitting up anyways and I appreciate that the cushion is suitable for long-term use. You may feel a little bit hard when you try it at first time. but it will adopt sooner The rocker function works great and the chair is durable enough to support my weight. Suggest recline slowly in first use. I use this feature multiple times and I don’t find any quality issue. I like the design of magnetic memory foam headrest, the position can be adjusted as your need. It’s awesome and comfortable. The armrests are incredibly durable, it can be switched in four levels for me to lift it flat with my desk to hold my arms. Also, the armrest can be moved in or out to support different people. The last pro I want to say is that they provide very good customer service! Since I used my parent’s house address which was far away from where I live now, I contacted them but was informed that my chair was sent out and couldn’t stop at right. But they make a replacement to me soon!!! I asked my parents to reject the former package. It takes about 3 days for me to receive the new one. The quality of this chair and all the features are trying to comfort me for long time using. Definitely recommended, get this chair ASAP

Noble Rocker is on the right track to produce a really good chair! I like much of what is done here for quality general design. The fabric is polyester & it is fine. The size is kinda XL but not Secret Lab XL. The measurements listed for NR are off in my opinion as my husband owns a SL XL chair which is clearly larger. I was happy to buy this chair & felt the price is fair for it. It seemed to be just what I wanted & needed. Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. Sadly, there were issues. The arm rests are very poor. Underneath each arm rest are 2 channels im the plastic which are horrifically sharp! I sliced my finger right off! The bad thing is these very sharp channels are in a place you will grasp at often as you move the chair at the desk. This is an extremely poor design (also not like SL in any way.) The plasti is cut on a fashion it just is angular & cuts flesh deeply like a knife. I have cuts. Also, 1 or the 2 arm rests i manufactured wrong & poorly. It does not seat in the place it should which makes the surrounding oval of plastic out of alignment. This is VERY SHARP & THIS ALSO WILL SLICE YOU! The overall quality of the arm rests is poor for tolerences, finish & design. It saddens me that the chair delivered has such terrible quality in the arm rests because they did such a good job on most aspects of this well built chair otherwise. It may be just the chair I got, but what I received is dangerous & has sliced my hand & fingers even as I have only owned it less than a week & NOT used it. Why have I not used it you ask? Because the hydraulic lift does not lift correctly. I contacted the manufactuer right away about the concerns after those sharp plastics sliced me. They responded quickly. I could have had no complaint really for them except they offered a refund that was less than 1/2 the cost...I mean the arm rest on one side is manufactured wrong & both sides have 2 channels which are horrifically sharp, will always be a huge issue w/no solution & the hydraulic is not right. Going back & for over days is frustrating even as I feel the company Happy Tao does care but there is a time difference & possibly language barrier to them understanding the chair SLICED ME several times, is not made right & the hydraulic lift doesn't work right. It is confusing that they build such a generally good product but make it dangerous in such a way that every time you grasp the a rest you slice yourself. I would give this chair 4 solid stars for overall style & quality but I can't because of how bad the arm rests are & the lift doesn't work. Add to that my having to contact Amazon over this & I sadly feel it drops to 1☆. I now have a chair has cut me which has arm rests that are unusuable or would need to be replaced on day 1...a wk later no solution. I also would need a new hydraulic when it was satbin for 1 minute 2x & is barely to not adjustable up/dwn. It arrived less than a wk ago but can't really use it, have NO chair to sit in & no refund to buy new one. As my husband owns a SL which this appears to be a clone of, I can say they were on the right track to make a great chair but the arm rest design is poor at best & quality is not good in a couple areas. I would have said "try it" but slicing my hand on a brand new chair should never happen! Look at photos of my husband's SL chair & the Noble Rocker chair I was so looking forward to having but it is not usable, injured me & would require new hydraulic lift & 2 new arm rest assemblies to work. Who needs this on day one after it arrived? It's wrong.
