Can I give 6 stars? I didn’t want to spend the Ninja Slushie price! But this is such a better option. The drinks chill quickly, it’s very easy to clean. I love the frappe function and so does the “manly man” husband. I’ve also made chilled juice like lemonade and watermelon juice. If you don’t like it as a slush you can change the temp to your liking. DOES NOT slush diet soda which is the only soda I drink. The buttons are a little confusing. Tiny type, The power button is on the lower left of the configuration and then the felt timer is above that, in the center. Easy to figure out once you know where the buttons are.

The media could not be loaded. This machine works really well!! We made watermelon slush and yogurt ice cream for our 4th of July party. It was very easy to handle, just needed to slowly pour the liquid into the slot after “pre-cooling” the machine. It took about 10 mins until the ice cream started getting frozen. It worked better to fill the liquid to the maximum line than minimum. Cleaning was easy too. I just fill the water to the maximum line, and put the machine on the cleaning mode. The cleaning mode will clean the roller, and then I just needed to rinse the detachable parts. The remaining icecream was stored in a container in freezer, and it still tasted amazing this morning. This machine is the best purchase I made for Texas hot summer.
