The media could not be loaded. I have to say expensive isn't always the best route, this curtain rod is very affordable, very easy to put together and very easy to put up. After the headache I went through with another curtain rod I'm wishing I just used this for all my windows. It's light weight, and looks stylish. Although looking up close i did see a LOT of scratch marks ink the pole and the end ball but you can't tell it until you're up close looking at it. Ink just a matter of minutes it's up, I just stuck the adhesive part to the wall, hammered the little pecks and I was done. The size I got is pretty long but I adjusted it. Though it's light, it's very sturdy.

The adhesive broke its bond in less than eight hours of installation with less than 5 pounds of weight on the rod. I would suggest going ahead and just nailing it in right away to prevent this from happening. It does remove quite a bit of paint and texture from the wall and as a renter, this is not any easier to repair than one or two holes for a standard curtain rod, which in my opinion makes this obsolete. It’s really only for someone who wants to try and be lazy but then it’s not gonna hold to the weight so they have to do all the work anyways. It would be way less of a headache if I would’ve just gone with a traditional curtain rod and set up. Also, the clearance of the latches to the rod is maybe 1 inch and that’s not enough unless you want to raise the rod 2 to 3 inches above most modern blinds.
