I’ve been using this specific line from Paul Mitchell for over 10 years. As I get older and my 40s, I started having trouble with my hair. I only use this particular conditioner. Occasionally friends / family have asked me to try something new. On a couple occasions I did and it went right back. At this point in time, I have no plans on changing this Paul Mitchell product line. I do like to buy the professional sizes and I buy one or two a year. Tell me the cost will be the same if I was buying something of less quality.

I love this stuff and use the whole line of PM Wild Ginger products. The smell is Heavenly and I have people tell me several days after I wash my hair that it smells good. It’s not an overwhelming scent though. Leaves your hair so soft and clean. Love love love love it and while it seems pricey a small amount goes a long way so you don’t need as much. One bottle of this lasts me almost 6 months or more.

This has seriously made my hair feel like I just left the salon every single time I use it. I love Paul Mitchell and this is my absolute favorite product. I have really hard water at my house, and this makes my hair so so soft and shiny. I personally replaced regular conditioner with this because of how well it works.

I’m not sure if it’s just me or if some ingredients have changed with this product. Doesn’t do the job as well as it did when it was packaged in the black bottles with green writing. Still a decent product but definitely see a change other than packaging.

First of all I have long (mid back length) very straight, fine hair. I have tried several different hair treatments and just have not cared much for any of them but…..I used this product for the first time two days ago. I was expecting the scent to be more noticeable but, it was very light. Instructions say to apply on clean wet hair and leave it on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing. That’s exactly what I did! It left my hair feeling so very soft and light! My hair feels beautiful and healthy for the first time in a long time! I absolutely love this stuff! Thank you awapuhi!

I bought the experience pump version because the conditioner sold in the tube IS WONDERFUL. I don't know if i received a copy or a bad batch. Nothing in the pump bottle I received is anything like what's in the tube. This pump version is a white, almost fluffy like conditioner that seems so thin and zero feel of silkiness in my hair. I have waited several minutes to rinse hoping for a better outcome.....same bad experience. Once I rinse, I have to re-condition with another conditioner product. The store product leaves a better feel. I will be buying the tube from now on. Got me once but not twice.

I am usually reluctant to spend this much on a product that I haven't had at least a sample of to try. But I had read about the product on a blog and thought I would try it. I had been coloring my hair blonde for several years, and it was showing the wear and tear that the bleach was causing. I fell in love with this conditioner with the first squeeze out of the tube! It has a lovely, light scent, and is rich and quickly is absorbed by hair that is thirsty for moisture. I have used this every day since receiving it, and my hair has gotten better every day. I have also received several complements on how nice my hair looks - that NEVER happens! My hair is softer, shinier, and more manageable! One reviewer noted that she thought her hair was thicker ... I'm hoping for that! I liked this conditioner so much that I have ordered it in the 16 ounce size, and would put it on my Subscribe and Save list if I could! This is the priciest conditioner I have ever bought, but I can honestly say that it is the best conditioner I have ever used. I have a new favorite!
