The futon frame is well made. Very nice, easy to assemble. I had issues with the mattress being lost, so evidently the company that supplies the mattress had to make a new one. So it took 9 days for the frame and another week for the mattress. Was helped by both companies to fix the mishap.

Well made, very comfortable, comes in three separate boxes. Assembled in three hours. A very nice looking price of furniture! It was delivered over six different days. It is sturdy hard wood finished, micro mattress is comfortable.

Very nice piece of furniture, mattress comfortable only minus is it is very hard to make into a bed and couch . Unlike any other futon you have to go to back of unit to get it up and down and even then it’s hard

The frame is pretty good. Not as hard to unfold and put up to a couch again as reviews say. I think they are doing it wrong. The mattress is Awful. After using it in couch mode for 2 weeks, the part you sit on pancakes out and is not very cushie anymore. Like as if the 8 inch cushion is now only a 2 inch cushion where you sit. You can actually feel the wood under your butt from the frame. Support from the vendor is awful too. I tried to get support from them, but they say you need to Massage the mattress. Send pictures... Yeah, you can return it, but you have to pack the mattress in a box, ship (at my expense) it some trackable way to their warehouse, and only after they deem the mattress is "Re Sellable" will they begin the refund process. I don't get "Massaging the Mattress". You should be able to sit on a couch and not have it pancake out in 2 weeks. Yes, I flipped it to the other side... Tried to plump it up... It is NOT a pillow.. Your back will ache after 2 weeks on this. I suppose it is fine if you never sit on it or rarely actually use it. The mattress they supply comes from a company called "Royal Sleep", which is also a vendor on Amazon. Don't buy just the frame and think you are getting a better mattress by also buying a Royal Sleep one on Amazon. It is the same junk. The support from the vendor is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I would not purchase this again because of the mattress or the vendor's lack of viable support options. *** UPDATE: The more I use this Futon, the worse it is. Mainly because of the mattress. Support says "It's a futon Mattress, you have to Massage It..." As nuts as that sounds, I have tried it... It doesn't help... I have a 700 dollar piece of un-returnable junk. If this review saves anyone from making the same mistake I have, at least that would be of some value. ... show more

Well made unit with good quality screws into metal inserts instead of cheap cam locks used in cheaper furniture. It doesn't creak or flex at all when sitting on it. The mattress is good quality with a very durable looking comfortable cover. The arm kit supports are the only down side, but still adequate. Definitely very pleased with purchase & glad that we upgraded to this unit over the cheaper priced ones we started out considering. ... show more

Put it together and set it up in an afternoon. Most of it can be done by one person but setting the bed part of the frame into the arms is a two-person job. Sturdy enough for a couple of adults to sit on. Instructions were good enough that I didn't have to reassemble anything.
