Machine is great. Not hard to clean. Easy to use. Have tried multiple different liquids in it and everything has come out great... But that chocolate shake recipe in the manual that came with it ... That was worth the purchase alone. Only drawback is that you need to put a minimum of 24oz in to the machine which can be a lot of it's just you.

I love this machine
The only thing I don't like about this is if you use some creams, the condenser can be hard to clean. However it's nice to just throw in some fruit juice or lemonade or something and get frozen slush's. I've done some with alcohol and some where we've added alcohol after the fact and both worked great. (Though if you try and put alcohol in the machine, watch your ratios because alcohol doesn't freeze.) But seriously, so easy to use. Storage capacity is good for a party. I think the last get together we ended up doing two batches over the night. Noise is about what you'd expect, you hear the motor turning the auger but it's not that loud.

Smart, Easy, and So Much Fun!
The Ninja SLUSHi Max XXL Smart Frozen Drink Maker is incredibly smart and easy to use. It literally does everything on its own—just add your juice or whatever drink you want to make, and it takes care of the rest. In less than 10–15 minutes, you have a perfectly frozen drink. The quality and consistency are spot on every time. The drinks come out smooth, evenly frozen, and never icy or watery. Whenever we have people over, this machine is always a hit—everyone loves it and asks about it. I can’t wait to use it even more during the summer. It’s definitely one of our favorite appliances and worth every penny!

My new pride and joy
I was skeptical about buying from this seller since it says "like new" but it is literally brand new complete with the stickers it comes with on the machine. It did not come in the standard Ninja Slushi box but that's okay. Such a fun little investment. We have used it every weekend since we got it. Works fantastically and is extremely quick but quite heavy. Easy to take apart and clean. Pretty colors. Good buy.

Does exactly what it’s meant to do
This machine works well and makes legit frozen drinks and slushies. Once you follow the ratios in the instructions, the texture comes out right and stays consistent. It’s been a hit with both kids and adults. It is fairly large and a bit loud when running, so keep that in mind if counter space or noise matters to you. Cleanup isn’t hard, but it’s not something you’ll want to do multiple times a day. Overall, it does what it promises and feels well built. Not cheap, but if you’ll actually use it, it’s worth it

Improved in every way!
Extremely pleased with this improved version. Design flaw corrected in the vessel. No more gunk or mold gets in the plastic and accumulates. Machine created a slushi in 9 minutes with Smart Assist. Just wonderful. Can't say anything bad about this. Noise level is fine. Have no idea why people are saying it's "very noisy". It's not. Consistency of slushi is just like a 7-Eleven slurpie, and it makes it super fast and Smart Assist takes all the guesswork out. Cleaning is a breeze. Just use the rinse cycle filling the vessel twice and then hand wash each piece. Owned, the original, owned the Costco one, but this is by far the best!
