I’m really impressed with this Ninja indoor grill/griddle. It has plenty of surface area to cook for a group, and the non-stick coating actually works—I haven't had any issues with food sticking to either plate. What I like: • Performance: It heats very evenly and is incredibly easy to operate. • Large Capacity: Enough space to make a lot of food at once. • Apartment Friendly: While it can produce a little smoke depending on what you’re cooking, it’s never been enough to be an issue indoors. • Easy Cleanup: The plates are high quality and food slides right off. I have had a lot of griddles in my life and this one here is the best one so far. Easy to clean, nice size for my family of 6, evenly heats up, it can get a little smokey when the lid is down when making burgers but that doesn't bother me. Sometimes I leave the lid up. The lid is easy to take off to clean. Good quality and I recommend it to everyone.

Bought this grill as a gift after a recommendation from someone else. It arrived on time and packaged very well. Have only used it twice so far to grill steaks on but it worked very well to be an inside grill. Clean up was very easy. It is a little on the heavy side but not to bad.

Outstanding! Can’t say enough. Cleanup is SUPER easy. Incredibly versatile, easy to use, & it makes cooking kinda fun. I’ve used it for steak, shrimp, country ham, quesadillas & more. This thing is a HOME RUN!

This was a good purchase. It is well built and not flimsy at all. There are a few things about it that’s not as advertised and I will go through those now. If you don’t have a real vent hood, don’t purchase this product. It creates a lot of smoke. Tons. We have a real vent hood and I still have to close the doors and open windows otherwise our smoke alarms start going off. Second the grill and flattop inserts are made out of aluminum coated with some type of ceramic (?) non stick coating so if you are trying to put grill marks on meat the meat immediately cools down the insert and your steak begins to steam at the recommended temperature of 350. However, cranking the heat up to 500 makes beautiful grill marks but also generates a lot of smoke. Any steaks less than 1” thick will overcook by the time proper grill marks are achieved. 500 degrees also works well for Vegetables, grilled bread or pizza. I have not tried to cook chicken or fish on this yet. Fish probably would be fine searing it hard and fast, but I’m going to imagine that you would need a hybrid approach for chicken or for those who like well done pork and beef. Get your grill marks on the meat and then finish cooking in the oven until your desired temperature is achieved. Cleaning can be a little bit difficult but I found a wooden spoon or spatula makes short work of the stuck on food particles without damaging the non stick coating. As I experiment more with this unit I will add to this review. I’m going to imagine that cooking breakfast items on this grill can be done at much lower temperatures and therefore generating less smoke but only time will tell. Overall I’m glad I bought this appliance. Ok. Lower temperatures for breakfast foods work fine. Just be patient with the hash browns. They take a LONG time. Also cook your bacon in your oven or on the stove as this will make breakfast happen faster. And you will have all that delicious bacon fat to cook with. Eggs. If your counter is perfectly level, then you will not need egg molds. If your countertop is not perfectly level you will need them. They are cheap and easy to use. And don’t bother scrambling eggs on this grill. What a disaster that was. Use your stove.

I have a friend who I caretake for and he wants to contribute to chores in the house. One thing he likes to do is cook, but he cannot remember to shut off the stove. He is now free to cook on this grill because it has an automatic shut off after 15 minutes so it becomes a God send! So far the plates are easy to clean but they still need a little bit of fat to keep things from sticking. I find that within 5 minutes of the grill coming up to temperature, I unplug it and it's still plenty hot enough to keep cooking the food. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
