I smoked a brisket for a family get-together and everyone raved about how good it was. And it was truly easy. The chart in the guide booklet was accurate for cooking time. I have also smoke a pork shoulder and grilled chicken legs. Everything turned out really well. It's really hot in the summer where I live, but I don't have to spend much time at all out in the heat. I followed the instructions and the grill worked as promised.

I bought this as a Valentine’s Day present bc my boyfriend had been wanting one for a while but we waited bc it was expensive. WELL it has been amazing!! I usually do all the cooking but he just loves using the grill and making us carne asada, steaks, ribs, fish, fries, or burgers really anything!!
