Very easy to clean and the smoker is super simple and convenient. Very short electric cord (high amp draw) so it needs to be close to an outlet or other power supply. I smoked a brisket for a family get-together and everyone raved about how good it was. And it was truly easy. The chart in the guide booklet was accurate for cooking time. I have also smoke a pork shoulder and grilled chicken legs. Everything turned out really well. It's really hot in the summer where I live, but I don't have to spend much time at all out in the heat. I followed the instructions and the grill worked as promised.
