I used to have a few ebikes when I lived in the suburbs and they were a lot of fun to ride around on. But when I moved into the city, I had to sell them because there was nowhere to store them. My Son asked for an escooter for Christmas, so I got him one, and within 10 minutes of putting it together and testing it I knew I wanted one of my own. I checked a bunch of YouTube videos and one escooter I kept seeing mentioned that it "punched above its weight class" was the Cunfon RS500. It had front suspension, a taller wider deck, good brakes and tires, a built-in speaker (for your phone to play music), running lights, tubeless tires, a powerful rear motor, and a good host of other features (like turn signals). So, I decided to try that one. When it arrived it was even larger than I expected, but with that I found it felt much more stable and less 'wobbly' than when I tried out my kid's scooter. It's easy to ride, and I found if I sort of ride it like I used to ride my skateboards, I can even bend my knees and steer with my feet a bit while holding the handlebars loosely. The motor is powerful, and I've had no trouble going up hills. My son and I have been riding our scooters together every day after school and even using them to run errands or go to night classes and sports practice. They've been a great 'vehicle' for running around the city a bit within a few blocks of home. I understand now why I see people using escooters all over the city. They're just easy, fun and convenient. The battery life seems very good, and we haven't even come close to running out of power while we're running around. It has 4 'modes', Park -Eco -Sport -Race. Generally, I've been keeping it in Eco mode and just doing like 10mph around town, but I found switching to Sports mode while going up hills makes it climb up the hills very easily. The machine easily gets up to about 25-30mph while seems plenty fast and really a little faster than I need. All in all, it's been a fantastic machine. So much so that I've started looking at the Cunfon 1000 model that has 2 motors and knobby tires for 'offroad' use. It also looks like a lot of fun. One thing that could be a bit better is the instruction manual and the use of the phone app. There's just not a lot of features documentation and I had to google how to do certain things. For example turning the running lights off and on you have to click the 'M' (mode) button 3 times quickly. Things like that should be in the manual but I didn't see it anywhere. I had to google to find out that info. I reached out to them about the manual and told them it was disappointing, but the machine is great. They were quick to respond, and I get the impression they might be taking another look at possibly upgrading the manual. They did answer all my questions though and even provided a quick video showing how to do use some features on the bike. One thing I can point out. The bike arrived in 'kick start' mode. At first, I thought the bike was broken. No matter what mode I was in when I pushed the thumb-throttle, nothing happened. I realized you need to put one foot on the board and push off while holding down the throttle to activate the motor. I wasn't crazy about this and wanted the throttle to just work immediately. But now that I've gotten used to it I actually prefer it. You can disable kickstart and make the throttle immediately engage the engine. Another thing was 'cruise control' was on automatically. I didn't like that either. When I took my thumb off the throttle and the scooter kept going it was concerning at first. But I figured out in the app you can just turn off cruise control. Which I did and it's fine now. Between the cool running lights, the front suspension, the great tires and brakes, the powerful motor, the wide and comfortable deck, the solid construction with no sketchy looking welds, I'm really loving this scooter and strongly get the feeling that while it may be my first it won't be the last. In this price range I think you probably can't find a better scooter. I know I spent a day looking at a ton of review videos and kept coming back to this one because it just seems to have the best features for the price. The scooter has plenty of power.

I’ve been riding my CUNFON RZ800 for a long time now, and overall, I’m very happy with it. I’m around 250–260 lbs, and I regularly ride on hills, so I’ve had plenty of experience seeing how it performs in real-world conditions. The power is one of the things I like most about this scooter. It handles hills very well and maintains a good speed even when riding uphill. The suspension also makes a noticeable difference, especially on uneven roads. I also really like the features. The LED lighting, Bluetooth speaker, alarm, and speed controls make the scooter both practical and fun to ride. The range has been good for me as well. With my weight and riding conditions, I can get around 30 miles on a charge, which works very well for my typical rides. After riding it for a long time, I can say that I’m very satisfied with the RZ800. It has plenty of power, good suspension, useful features, and has been a lot of fun to ride.

This is scooter punches well above its weight. I’ve put a little over 700 miles (1127 km) on it over the past 6 months riding it to school and around the city. It is incredibly fast (31 mph/50kmh on a full battery!) and the suspension makes the ride quite smooth. I can get about 20 miles or 32 km out of a full battery riding at max throttle in race mode. You don’t see these types of stats on most electric scooters in this price range, and those that do are usually lower quality or don’t come with a warranty. The only issues I’ve had were a flat tire at around 300 miles from running over a piece of glass, and a cracked front fender from hitting too many unavoidable potholes after 600 miles. Thankfully, I was able to get both of those components replaced at no extra cost due to the 1 year warranty. The after service quality is excellent; the warranty people genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are always very responsive whenever I reach out to them for anything. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase for anyone wanting a reliable and speedy commuter scooter at a reasonable price!

I went through 2 Hi-Boys SR2 models a few years ago while saving for my new motorcycle. They were better for kids and once the tires went bald you were screwed. My motorcycle is in the shop and on the days I do not ride my bicycle I needed something electric. Great build and design. A heavy unit at 60 pounds makes it very stable. The folding handle bar and stem are tight and made of high quality materials. Lots of extras with technology included. Bluetooth, lighting and a speaker. Fingerprint unlock is a great option . Lots of power and great on hills. Smooth ride as well. Check the tires when you pull it out of the box and you are good to go. Ride safe friends. Not for kids!!!!

Overall the RS500 scooter is fantastic to ride. Smooth ride and power delivery. The wide board is perfect for big feet and providing for a more stable and secure ride feel. Braking is powerful but controlable. The lights are bright and the turn signals are a nice addition. The color changing LED’s on the side give visibility at night from the side. The dashboard is bright and easy to see and understand. Bluetooth works well and connecting to the phone was fast. I am looking forward to playing my music through the speaker. The Lewheel app is easy to use. Using the fingerprint option works great to prevent use by others. Nice job for a very affordable and feature rich scooter.

Very good entry level scooter for first time users, and maybe more experienced riders who want some cool upgrades from a mid-line scooter! I've been using the scooter for 2-3 weeks now, and there are both good and bad points as you would expect. First, the overall build quality, materials quality, and the overall girth of the scooter is quite high. It's a heavy item at about 60 lbs. on its own. There are a few design curiosities that make you scratch your head, and some inappropriatly used cheap-outs that must have been company approved to reduce cost (I'll get to those). Otherwise, it's a very stable scooter. It is well balanced. Brand new, it lives up to its hype for acceleration, range, speed and available functions. The lights on this scooter make it reasonable for nighttime or low-light use. The headlight is sufficient to see and be seen. The blinkers are cute, but I don't know that they are extremely practical. The fingerprint reader and connected app are very good upgrades and they work reasonably well... I have not had any issues with either that I've not been able to self-correct. Keep the user guide, YouTube videos AND other product reviews handy for FAQs. The company was not immediately available for my questions by WhatsApp, but that's due to the Chinese New Year celebration ongoing... but a 2-week absence for any personalized support is a lot. The charger is fine - nothing special. Charging time from empty to full is as expected at multiple hours. Range is as expected with a full charge. Weight bearing is beyond adequate. The shock absorbers are sufficient to sustain a smooth and comfortable ride. Large 10.5" air-filled tires also add to smoothness and stability. Small rubber cover for charging port is inadequate and comes detached easily. This is a concern because you don't want FOD or water entering this port hole on the scooter. I can't see a way to correct this because the material and assembly were very cheap here. The stick-on reflectors are an embarrassment given the lightshow this scooter is created with. Don't expect these sticker reflectors to hold. Once they fall off, it leaves a cheapened look to the bike. Replace with self-trimmed reflective tape once they go. I have no issue with braking from speed, although the faster you're going... obviously the more distance you'll require to stop. Don't expect the scooter to stop on a dime, that's an unreasonable expectation and would result in you losing control and hurting yourself. Riding responsibly goes a long way for overall safety. Quality investment worth minor QC and material flaws.

Works WAY better than expected! I've ridden it for over 100 miles and haven't had a single problem. The buttons are close enough that you don't have to move your hands to use them, the accelerator isn't too jumpy, the cruise control is smooth and consistent, the speed presets are reasonable, and the suspension and tires make going off road A LOT less stressful. All around EVERYTHING you could hope for in a scooter that's not just for play, but as a RELIABLE mode of transportation.
