Overall I am neutrally satisfied with this product as I’ve owned it for roughly a moth and a half to date. The initial visual representation is that of a greatly appealing stainless steel finish. Heat is well conducted as all items in the set tend to adjust very quickly. The downside is the maintenance as I, myself prefer cleaning methods not harmful together integrity of the metal finish; anything as simple as boiling eggs tends to leave a hard residue inside, there also seems to be a bit of a slight oxidation issue, as well as what seems to be wear to the actual metal, which is the main reason for 4/5 on the rating scale. A recommendation (if you’re okay with chemical treatment) is to purchase Bar Keeper’s friend for better maintenance and upkeep. In conclusion, this set is excellent at serving its’ purpose, medium to high sustainability in regards to the maintenance and would be worth the value at possible $30 less than the listed price. ... show more

The pans have a nice weight to them. They seem like they are built to last. I do wish that the largest frying pan had a lid - I use aluminum foil to help keep heat in to melt cheese and such. I have an electric stove with a runaway burner - It often heats unevenly and gets way too hot way too quickly leading to unevenly cooked and burned food. I tried these pans on that burner, and they did a pretty good job of distributing the heat throughout the pan. The food was still a little unevenly cooked, but that's the burner's fault, not the pan. The food was much more evenly cooked in this Ninja frying pan than any of my Cuisinart stainless steel frying pans. Bacon & eggs was one of the first things I made in the small frying pan (on one of my normally functioning burners), and both of them did stick to the pan quite a bit. The pan cleaned up well though after a bit of soaking and some elbow grease with a steel sponge. Next time I will flip the bacon more often and add the egg after the bacon grease has released more. I think that will help with sticking. This phenomenon is not new to these frying pans - eggs seem to stick to some degree with every stainless steel pan I've ever had. I have used the large stockpot as a dutch oven with the lid on to cook several whole chickens now, and it has held up just fine through the heat of the oven - no problems. Known a couple of stainless steel pans and these are an upgrade for me. They look the same as my bother pans but they feel so much sturdier. The handles are very comfortable and the weight while not light is very manageable. Cooking on stainless steel has a learning curve, just be sure to prefer heat your pan correctly before adding your fat of choice and it will be as nonstick as any teflon pan. ... show more
