After a month of using this pan 1 or 2 times a day I can say that the non-stick coating is excellent. There have been a couple of times when part of an egg stuck to the pan but that is an exception. I will admit to being something of a ceramic doubter. I've purchased many "Green Pan"s and other ceramic would-be's but found they rarely live up to their promise. One year of use and they are goners in my kitchen. On the other hand, I am thoroughly impressed by Ninja's "neverstick" line. They work and don't seem to break down. This, of course, is not neverstick.......it looks like a new product from Ninja which seems to address that ceramic is not forever......but, Ninja, at least sounds realistic......not claiming non stick forever just saying that it will last longer than other ceramics. Five years. That's good enough for me to try it out. I'll report back in a couple and see whether Ninja has another winner. I hope so ... show more

The box came damaged and torn. When I opened it and went through it I came to see there was not a single pan that didn’t have some sort of dents, scuffs or paint missing. On top of that the 2 utensils it came with were also completely broken in half. If there was little ding or two on one item I would have let it slide, however every single item was damaged in multiple spots. It’s very disappointing to spend the money on a nice cookware set and have it come in this shape, looking used and very damaged. Don’t waste your money or time with this product. ... show more

So far they work as advertised. I don’t put pans and the dishwasher and never will so I can’t comment on that. Right out of the box there was one pan with a chip at the top like others have complained about. I didn’t want to go through the trouble of sending it back, especially with how long it took to get to me. They clean so well.
