I purchased a set of these pots and pans for myself a year or so ago. I enjoyed them so much, I purchased the most recent set as a Christmas gift for someone. I have greatly enjoyed these pots and pans. The non-stick surface works perfectly. It's recommended that you preheat these pans before adding content and I religiously stick to this recommendation. I place a few droplets of water in the pan, turn on the flame and when the water beads begin to dance, I know the pan is preheated and ready for cooking. They clean up very easily.
