UPDATE: ORIGINALLY, I was excited about using a ceramic coating. However, I soon learned it is not truly a non-stick pan. I purchased oil decanters that you can pour or spray, so I could just use olive or canola oil. With my first true test, I scrambled an egg with canola oil. The egg stuck to multiple areas. I still had to use non-stick spray. Then, a couple of months in, even using non- stick spray it started to stick. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! ORIGINAL: I purchased a single 11" skillet a while back and it works great, so I decided to replace all my other pans with this set. Nice to get away from regular non-stick coated pans. The ceramic coating is very efficient. These pots and pans don't take long to heat up and I have not had any issues with any foods sticking to the pan. They have some weight to them but are not very heavy since they are ceramic coated vs full ceramic. I love the color and have not noticed any scratches on the outer surface but I have been following the manufacturer recommendation by not stacking these pots and pans. Ninja makes great products. So when kitchen pots and pans were needed, (recently moved), the Ninja brand was my choice. Amazon Prime Day also sweetened the deal. These pots and pans cook evenly, food is never burnt on 1 side and raw on the other. Food literally slides out of the pan. Interior washing is super easy. The bottom is easy to clean as well. My only wish is that the set should also come with a smaller sized sauce pan. ... show more

This has been the biggest waist of money on amazon. I paid almost $200 for this set of 3 pans and 2 pots. Non stick stopped working after a few weeks of use. The ceramic started staining, as well. Ninja is a scam nowadays. I used to trust them. But everything I have gotten so far has been terrible. My ninja foodi 14 in 1, my iQ blender and the pots have been my latest acquisition and every single thing has stopped working properly or some part has broke after a few uses. The only thing ninja thats still working is my coffee maker and it makes mediocre coffee. Im so done with ninja. Im switching to another brand. ... show more

I love these pans. I cook on gas, I cook every day, and these pans really hold up. They distribute heat evenly and are truly nonstick. Great starter set for a foodie like me. I'm going to buy som of their other pans to complete my kitchen.
