Buy heavier tires as soon as you buy the scooter. I am 6 feet tall at 235 lbs and it rides good but is a bit cramped for me. The handlebars need to be about 3 inches forward to be more comfortable. It will run at a constant 27 mph and brakes work GREAT. The seat is comfortable and well padded. From a stop, it doesn’t have a lot of power, just an adequate amount. I gave it 5 stars because there really isn’t anything wrong with it aside from some design issues. It does come with a spare inner tube, so the company that makes them is aware of an issue with flat tires. ... show more

So far, I dont like the scooter. I've had it for a few days only, and still testing, but living in Seattle, scooter is terrible on hills, and I don't understand WHY the seat is so low! I'm 6'0 185lbs. And it feels too small/tight. I refuse to believe someone over 6 feet and that weighs more than 200lbs would find this comfortable. I'm debating returning this item. *update After adjusting some elements such as the handle bars and adjusting my riding position, this scooter is actually impressive and makes up for the size issue. I was surprised how after riding it a bit more it does tackle most hills effectively, even if you have to use your feet a bit on steeper hills, the throttle is powerful enough to get it done. This is a solid built scooter and handles the many pot holes well. The digital features are very handy when it rains because you can see the lights and hear the horn. Lastly, the basket is not something I use often, but it comes in clutch for sure when I've needed to transport unforseen purchases or give my back a rest from the backpack. Oh, and this thing can really move, I don't think I'll ever put it in 3rd gear haha ... show more

Received the scooter in the beginning of April 2025. 4 stars just because the instructions do not explain how to turn on the scooter (turn on the battery, and then hold down M on your meter, reverse to turn it off) and assembly was not fully straight forward (mostly had issues with how to put the handle bars on and was afraid of using too much force to pull it open. It's rugged, it can handle it as I found out!) There is also little foot room, and this is coming from someone with very small feet to begin with (think boys size 8). Other than what I mentioned above, this scooter is actually REALLY NICE! The scooter came with it's own pump and an extra inner tube for the tires. It also came with a little bag to hold the tools and extra parts it came with. The blinkers are easy to use, the meter is easy to see and read. There are three speed settings which you just change with the meter buttons, I typically just use setting 2 as setting 3 is what gets me to about 28mph and thats a bit TOO fast for where I am traversing. Takes inclines really well, does slow down and drain a bit more battery the more inclines you take but that is to be expected. Haven't drained the battery past half way so far and I've ridden it all over my city. The basket has been such a bonus to have as I do my shopping with scooter in hand and end up using it like a cart! The battery is in an easy to manage spot, and it's definitely designed to easily swap out batteries if you feel you want or need two or more for long trips. Will update again as it ages to see how it's keeping up after a year! ... show more

We find the F7scooter to be perfect for my needs. After having hip surgery and living on a hill, I needed a strong scooter that could handle the hill and off road conditions while be easy enough to use. This scooter fits the needs with its larger nubby tires which gives it a comfortable ride, good size battery with extra power, headlight for after dark, and strong disc brakes. I have been running this scooter for two weeks still on the same charge. Even in the strong winds going uphill, the unit was strong enough to maintain a steady pace. I am very happy with the scooter. My husband found putting it together pretty easy but he is mechanically minded. The only problem is that the back basket has the brackets where the screws hold it to the frame in a place where the front of the basket hits the back of the seat and won't fully open. We are afraid that after time, it could rub a hole on the edge of the seat so I put a piece of plastic tubing over the wire on the basket. I would give it a zero if possible. Love the idea of the scooter, cruise, horn, speed, gears, turn signals-but this is a POORLY made scooter. I have four and two of them have completely stopped working. Customer support is nearly non existent. I’ve contacted them several times and I’m getting the run around. I will say, one of the two scooter that quit working was a replacement-but that was only AFTER I stopped contacting customer support and contacted them through Amazon. ... show more

Waiting to hear back from the company. I got it all together, I haven't tested it yet, but currently only the horn and tail light blinkers are working. The basket was bent, and I had to manhandle it a bit to bend it into position. It took about 30 minutes to put together, the tool size is a little off, so having other tools is handy. Still cool they included tools. I will update my review as I test it and hear back about the light situation. This product filled a great need for me. I have been looking for easy transport for times when the family is out of town. This more than meets my needs. Easily assembled and charged. The suspension makes the ride smooth and the three speed modes make it easy for a first time scooter owner to safely travel out small town roads. Plenty of speed, a very good range, and a good price made this buy a no-brainer for me. Love the front and rear lights and didn't expect turn signals so that was a pleasant surprises. This is a comfortable scooter. The controls are easy to use. We use it for commuting in the neighborhood, so no long distance has been tested yet.
