The suspension makes the ride smooth and the three speed modes make it easy for a first time scooter owner to safely travel out small town roads. Plenty of speed, a very good range, and a good price made this buy a no-brainer for me. Love the front and rear lights and didn't expect turn signals so that was a pleasant surprises. Solidly built, it is still light enough for me to lift up the one flight of stairs to my home. Great buy?

Its perfect for getting around my gated community. It has the power for inclines. Its easy and convenient to hop on and go. Both hand brakes get quick response. The seat is large enough and comfortable for short trips and short distances. There was only 1 assembly issue...the head lamp and front fender. The head lamp needs to mount behind the front fork. It shows in the pictures to be in front of the front fork. Other than that, the assembly was straight forward and only took about 2 hrs. I'm 74 and did it all by myself. It fits in my 1 car garage with my car in it too. Very reasonably priced. I wouldn't change a thing except maybe some color choices.

This is the fourth scooter I've purchased in the last year and nothing comes close to the F7....she runs perfectly every time! I had an issue with my scooter on a Friday afternoon and Anna had it resolved by Monday. iScooter stood by their commitment to provide dependable customer service. Thanks iScooter! PROS: The package was very easy to unpack and the scooter easy to assemble, powerful headlight and brake light with turn signals, super comfortable seat, great torque, loud horn, wide deck, stable 16" tires, easy to remove and replace battery if necessary, and it's amazing that the F7 does 28 mph,...this is the best scooter I've owned. I would give it a zero if possible. Love the idea of the scooter, cruise, horn, speed, gears, turn signals-but this is a POORLY made scooter. I have four and two of them have completely stopped working. Customer support is nearly non existent. I’ve contacted them several times and I’m getting the run around. I will say, one of the two scooter that quit working was a replacement-but that was only AFTER I stopped contacting customer support and contacted them through Amazon.

Received the scooter in the beginning of April 2025. 4 stars just because the instructions do not explain how to turn on the scooter (turn on the battery, and then hold down M on your meter, reverse to turn it off) and assembly was not fully straight forward (mostly had issues with how to put the handle bars on and was afraid of using too much force to pull it open. It's rugged, it can handle it as I found out!) There is also little foot room, and this is coming from someone with very small feet to begin with (think boys size 8). Other than what I mentioned above, this scooter is actually REALLY NICE! The scooter came with it's own pump and an extra inner tube for the tires. It also came with a little bag to hold the tools and extra parts it came with. The blinkers are easy to use, the meter is easy to see and read. There are three speed settings which you just change with the meter buttons, I typically just use setting 2 as setting 3 is what gets me to about 28mph and thats a bit TOO fast for where I am traversing. Takes inclines really well, does slow down and drain a bit more battery the more inclines you take but that is to be expected. Haven't drained the battery past half way so far and I've ridden it all over my city. The basket has been such a bonus to have as I do my shopping with scooter in hand and end up using it like a cart! The battery is in an easy to manage spot, and it's definitely designed to easily swap out batteries if you feel you want or need two or more for long trips. Will update again as it ages to see how it's keeping up after a year!

This is the finest little ice iscooter F7 electric scooter I'm 6'3 200 lb. I could ride standing up or sitting down. I've gone through three electric scooters that you stand up on. That's why I bought this so I could sit down. It's comfortable seat Long battery life durability. I've tested it to my expectations. I can't beat it up. Ease of transport I don't need to. I ride it to where I want to. It goes far enough that I don't need to put it in something to transport it design. They made a great design but the only thing that is not really and somewhere to put my feet. The deck offers a good portion of comfort but my feet are size 12 and I need a little bit more than 8 in of space to put my feet I've gotten an old handlebar and I can bring it to the welding shop tomorrow and they're going to weld it on for me and I'll put some regular rubber handles on it and that will be where I put my feet. It won't stick out very far, but good enough to where I won't hit the cement taking a difficult turn

At first loved this scooter. Had some initial problems but customer service quickly solved the issue. Now 3 months in and this scooter is broken. The rear wheel brake is spinning the hub and pulling the plugs out. Rear brake appears to be leak oil all over. Definitely regret this purchase. Probably only rode this for 100 total miles max.
