These are good quality pans, but you have to know what you’re doing. If you have an electric stove, keep searching for something else because the non-stick function is only possible with these at high heat such that comes from a gas stove. Heat distribution is great and it does give a better taste to food because you get a little burn in it—not actual burn, but flavor. Cleaning isn’t fun because the non-stick is for high heat; and many foods need lower heat whichll stick.

Whoa! These are super nice! I’ve worked in a couple steakhouses in my days and these are way nicer than anything they have. I was expecting nice stuff from the ninja name but these impressed me even more than I thought. While they may not be the best set out there. They are pretty damn close. I’m a mechanic by trade but wanted to start eliminating anything poisonous for my four year-old son. Starting to switch everything to stainless steel. These may not be the Snap On equivalent, but they are definitely the blue point. I know what to look for in a good tool and that the right tool is essential. These are definitely a little bit of the, “what’s up”.

We have owned numerous Ninja products and always been pretty happy with their quality, so when considering the different brands when it was time to purchase new cookware, Ninja was in the top 3. Buying a set of new cookware is a big decision these days when you want quality that will last for years, because cookware isn’t cheap. We trusted the Ninja name to provide that high quality as it has in the past with other products, so we remained loyal customers with a house full of Ninja products and chose this set. We’ve owned this set of cookware for just over two months now and they have been just okay (they stick really badly despite knowing how to cook and prep the cookware to avoid sticking) until cooking dinner last night when the glass lid on one of the pots shattered on the stove! The eye was on medium high heat, just below boiling. Glass went everywhere- into the food and allover the stovetop. I suspect this could be due to the design we worried about when we did first get these- there is no hole in the lids to allow for ventilation as other brands have. The lids shake a good bit if boiling in them. Another reason we chose Ninja for this purchase is their warranty. UPDATE on that after two weeks of contacting them - - they offer NO support, no option for refund, etc if you do not buy from them directly!! If you buy on Amazon you will get no support from Ninja. And they seemingly sell these sizes of cookware in a set only, so if something goes wrong with one item, you’re basically out of luck. They’ve told me they have no lids in stock, can’t say if or when they will again, (kinda odd for a very common size sauce pot) and will not agree to a refund even for the one item, won’t agree to a credit on their website so I can order a different size, nothing. Quoting directly from their website: “We proudly guarantee the performance of your cookware for the original purchaser’s lifetime. Ninja EverClad™ Limited Lifetime Guarantee The Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and to the original product only. This warranty is not transferrable. Material & Workmanship SharkNinja warrants that Ninja EverClad™ cookware will be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship throughout the original purchaser’s lifetime under normal use and following care instructions. SharkNinja will replace the original Ninja EverClad™ cookware product if the original product is deemed defective in material, construction, or workmanship within the original purchaser’s lifetime. Exclusions This warranty does not cover: Normal product wear and tear, such as stains, discoloration, pitting, or scratches on the interior or exterior surface of the product that do not materially impact the performance of the cooking surface Damage to the interior or exterior of the product arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use (such as boiling dry), or failure to follow the use and care instructions Damage, such as dents or scratches, to the product caused by utensil impacts or stacking during storage Discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat or prolonged heat exposure when empty Surface scratches caused by sharp utensils such as knives and forks Surface scratches caused by the use of appliances such as mixers Damage caused by use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach Commercial, professional, or workplace use Incidental or consequential damages” NONE of these exclusions apply here, yet when I called Ninja warranty for support I was told this was not something they would cover under their warranty!! SHATTERED glass while cooking!?!?! That’s like a vehicle manufacturer saying they’ll cover your truck but not the roof under the warranty. Kind of meaningless huh? I explained I am afraid to continue to use the other lids (not to mention, I’m short a lid now), as I’m afraid it will happen again. Why wouldn’t it? This could result in serious injury and Ninja should want to make this right and stand behind their product. These pots were packaged very well when they arrived, have been stored properly, handled with care and love- this is strictly poor workmanship and poor customer service. As expensive as things are these days, do yourself a favor and keep looking for another brand please.. I would not recommend this product at all.
