This stainless steel pan is on par with made in and all clad… It spreads heat perfectly and sears proteins very well for almost half the price or more of the competition that has the same durability. I’ve heated this pan on high by mistake for 30 mins and miraculously the pan stayed flat on the stove and it didn’t warp at all. So it performs well and it’s durable… that’s what you want in a stainless. If I were to nitpick, it is a tad bit on the heavy side and the handle rivets did get a bit loose after that heating event stated earlier. BUT ninja replaced the pan and even allowed me to keep the one with the loose handle. Unlike cast iron, you can also make acidic foods without any worry and the clean up is easy as well. If anything sticks to the bottom of the pan either add a cup of water and boil it in the pan and scrape it off the bottom with a wooden or silicone utensil. All around this pan started a super long journey of trying out other stainless steel pans and this one started me off at a super high bar. Will def buy recommend. To put my review in perspective I have a Hestan nanobond ($350) (All clad D5 $150+) and had multiple made in pans (they all warped) ($140+), and this stayed stride for stride. ... show more

I will preface this by saying that I have always cooked on cast iron before purchasing this. I believe this pan to be good quality. I have very little experience with stainless steel cookware. It feels substantial and is quite large. If you’re really really good at cooking on stainless steel, this is probably a nice product for you. There is a very large learning curve to using this it seems. The informational magnet that is included is very helpful at tempering this. I can cook excellent steaks, pork chops and chicken breasts, perfectly seared with a nice crust on the outside. However, anything else it seems is a no go. Eggs, any kind of sauce, rice, and even some vegetables. They all stick no matter how long I pre heat with oil or how low of a temperature I use. I now exclusively use this pan for proteins. Also when things stick, it’s extremely hard to get clean. I have found great success with using a cif cream, being careful to follow the milling and not damage the pan. ... show more
