So easy to cook with. They are so conducive I never have to turn the heat higher than 7 (out of 9). I cooked a pan of sliced beef sausage which left cooked on grease in pan bottom. I have only had them for a few hours. Right out of the box I can tell that these pans are very well made and durable. They have a good weight to them. They work well on the gas range. The only down side I have found so far is some slight discoloration on the bottom after use.

I opened the box and was instantly in love. I know falling in love with post seems weird, but I cook a lot and having great pots and pans can make a big difference. I expected to like these as they were Ninja and I have had good look with the brand’s small appliances. These were great. It was packaged well which kept the pans in great condition. I used it the same day. I love cooking on it. There is an issue with the pots and that is the clean-up. At the end of cleaning it, there is a white streak that is left behind. It really stuck to one of the pots, but the direction was to add baking soda and water then boil in the pots. It did hep a lot, but I cannot do it every time I clean. the white streak is not bad, but for such expensive pans, I expected better. (See photos) The streak is not a make it or break it for me. I still love the pans because everything else about them is perfect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I replaced a very old Wolfgang pan set with this one. It cooks well and cleans fine. No nonstick coating at all. I personally would have preferred one more sauce pan and one less skillet. I don't use nearly all of the skillets. The stockpot is small in comparison to my others. It will cook enough probably for 4 people for one meal with no leftovers. ... show more

I ordered this 12 piece stainless steel Ninja set because like all things Ninja usually their products are nothing short of amazing. I have used pretty much all pieces from this set but the two pieces I have found myself using the most are as pictured. Like all things stainless the pan will need to be preheated in order to prevent sticking and burning. So far I have had no issues cooking with any of the pieces that came in this set. I love that each piece came with its own lid and two of the pans can use the included lids as well, as it makes it so much easier for organization and cooking itself. The price is a little steep, however, with products like these I always find it to be an investment. I would rather be out of a little more money and have quality versus having to keep buying cheaper pots and pans only to throw them out 6 months to a year later. This 12 piece set has gone through our dishwasher with no issues as well. All in All I love this set, and I do highly recommend it if you cook at home as frequently as we do. ... show more

    • The last set of cookware I'll ever need
This amazingly versatile collection checks all the boxes for me: Pieces to handle almost any task, amazing heat performance, stove-to-oven versatility and heavy duty. I mean, the box it came in weighs 33 lbs. This is some substantial cookware. Yay! No more pans sliding all over my ceramic cooktop! And if you're a careful enough cook, it's almost as easy to use as nonstick. I tested one of the saucepans with a white sauce, and cleanup was still relatively effortless. I mean, you have to use proper technique when you're cooking and keep stirring - I got used to cheating a little bit and was brazen enough to fleetingly walk away from the stove with my old nonstick cookware - but if you do that, you'll have no problem. In a way, it might even be easier because this pan had no detectable hot spots. That's always been a problem with my stove, where the burners just don't seem to fit the pans. With this set, that doesn't matter. The heat is dispersed evenly throughout. The handles are heavy, but it's a nice balance to the pans. The grip is fairly ergonomic and stays cool. The rivets are as flush as possible, which also helps with cleanup. If I were still cooking for a household of five, this set wouldn't be enough. The saute pan is a little small for the appetites of three teen boys and, while the stockpot is listed at six quarts, I can tell you that fitting that much in is going to push the contents straight to the top. It's going to max out at a little over five once you leave room to heat things up. Luckily, I still have a ginormous stockpot for bulk cooking, so this collection will do perfectly for my family of three. My only slight quibble: the lids could be a little snugger. I can tell you they're definitely shatter-resistant. I accidentally tested that when I dropped one right out of the box. ... show more

This set is my first all-clad type set and I am very impressed. I've been cooking with it for over a month and couldn't be happier. You cook differently on these than a teflon set with non-stick, but I think I prefer these. The change really is around making sure your pan is hot when adding the foods with a little bit of grease/butter/etc. and it will be non-stick. The food cooks evenly without trouble and cleans up nice. I like being able to use any utensil while cooking without worry which you can't say for non-stick.
