I haven't used this pan yet but I already love it. It's deep enough to make a lazanga in or gumbo or strogenoff, anything you would need a deep pan for. I really like the hard anodized Ninja pans because they don't warp like cheaper pans do over time and they can be used in the oven too which is a real time and cleaning saver of their pans. The non stick is wonderful no matter what kind of utensil to scoop, lift or turn over the food I use, although I only use wooden spatulas, spoons and forks just to be safe. The non stick is really well put together with all the Ninja pans and this pan is no different than my others I have. If you want a pan that does it all (even popcorn) get this pan. ... show more

    • Tough as nails, versatile as any, refuses to stick!

You don’t need to read a long review to understand the primary feature of these pans: Theses are non-stick pans that actually stay non-stick 😱 I’ve seared steaks with them, I’ve cooked lotta acidic food in them, I’ve put them in dishwasher regularly, I’ve even been stacking them with other metal pans, and they just keep going on, just as non-stick, flat, and neat as the day I bought them. Regular teflons flake/scratch/discolor, newer “ceramic” pans are only non-stick until you wash them a handful of times (even if you hand-wash exclusively!), but these are like my carbon-steel/cast-iron pans in how much abuse they can take. The only thing I pay attention to is pre-heating them as instructed (and Ninja put that particular instruction very prominently all over the pans for good reason) and it does make a difference. Kinda like how you gotta pre-heat your (good) stainless steel pans. The fact that they have other nice features (stacking handles, high-temp oven-safe, induction-ready) are just icing on the cake since I would’ve bought more of these simply for their durability if nothing else. Oh, let me kinda sorta point out one downside: that extra handle, while useful for stacking, just means more rivets and gets in the way of quick flips sometimes (think pancakes). Given these pans aren’t heavy unlike steel/cast-iron pans, handles are hardly useful for anything besides stacking pans for storage. Not a deal breaker bu any means, just a note. Flat rivets would’ve helped a lot with this. ... show more

They are thick, great heat distribution, non stick, and durable. The secret is to pre-heat the skillets before using. I'll put these up against ANY advertised skillets. This exceeded my expectations by miles. I've had so many non-sticks and so much disappointment that it's a real breath of fresh air to be pleased with some. I've been an Analon person forever, and they used to be by FAR the best and lasted a very long time. But my last set of skillets wore out quickly and I was so disillusioned that I tried these. After several months I'm really really impressed. Yes, they suggest pre-heating 5 minutes but honestly that's something any good cook should be doing. These brown really well at medium heat (I wouldn't have believed it until I saw it) and as of many uses it doesn't seem like they're going to lose their non-stick at all. Cleaning them is the same is when they were brand new, it's very easy and everything comes right off. One thing I don't do with them is use cooking spray (I stopped using it when I read it's the cause of non-stick going bad), and that could be why they're much better off but still, I'm very pleased with these. ... show more

2-1-2025 THIS SMALL SAUCE PAN CAME OUT OF THE DISWASHER LIKE THIS TEFLON PEELED AWAY. THE LARGE POT IS FLAKING IN SPOTS. 2 YEARS OLD. NINJA SUPPORT REPLACED THE SET!!!! NOT THE PAN. $22 FOR SHIPPING A FEW MINUTES ON THE PHONE SOLVED THE PROBLEM, AND THEN SOME. At the time of purchase, the 13 piece NESTING set was not available on Amazon. :( I spent extra $ to complete the set. Thank god for Christmas sales, I broke even completing the set. The 3.5 quart pan, and extra pans are a must for me. Items are heavy duty, and very thick! AS THICK AS CAPHALON. The bottom plate allow the cookware to get very hot. I get a rolling boil in these pots that I don't get on other Teflon cookware. long term cooking for a single meal may require you to turn the heat down. Stacking works pretty well. I'd recommend felt liners as extra protection. stacking lids are good. Dishwasher safe. very nice. Items clean well, no apparent stains or metal tarnishing. Lid handles can get hot. be careful. If hand washing, soap suds may get under handles. rinse thoroughly. Stream vent would be nice. Teflon coating seems thick, sand like texture, works great. Time will determine durability. Oven tested at 450 worked well, no apparent issues. 4/4.5 out of 5 ... show more

    • A real nonstick nonstick pan for once. We have since replaced all our old pans with this brand.

.Perfect eggs every time. Spray a little oil, drop in three eggs, cook on hi or medium, doesn't matter, cover and wait about 3-4 minutes. Eggs slide out like they were on ball bearings. Best to order a separate cover.
