I think that I've had this for around a year at this point, so I can say that it's at least got a decent lifespan, still looks good too. It's doesn't take up much space, which is nice, and gets things cooked quickly enough. I'm still playing around and testing things with it, but it's able to handle a variety of foods well enough. It makes a surprisingly good baked potato if you're only wanting one or two, depending on the size of the potato. Cleaning is fairly simple too, so long as you do so regularly, if you let it build up, expect to put in some effort scrubbing before throwing it into the dishwasher, but it's solid enough that you can put some muscle into the scrubbing without worrying about damaging it. ... show more

Purchased this for our beach home, and it has perfect capacity. It's easy to clean and maintain and reduces the burden on the oven. We were able to remove the old toaster oven which occupied too much counter space. This is a great product.

This was the first air fryer I bought, but I have used others. It works really well, cooks really fast and cleans up nice. Pretty big inside. Kind of square so you get more food in. We make pizza (frozen and homemade), fries, tots, chicken, pork, steak, hot dogs (especially good) and probably lots of other things I cannot think of right now. It is a great way to heat up leftover breaded chicken and fries if you want them to still taste good. The only improvement I can think of is that it is hard to clean up inside on the top where the heat comes from. I wipe it regular so it doesn't build up, but I feel like if you didn't think of it - after while it might build up and die. It also causes it to smell like you are burning food if you do not clean it once in a while. Works really great and we love it. Looks ok on the counter too. Saving so much electric not turning on the oven because we do not use microwaves. If you have never had one, this is a nice larger one. Do not be afraid to try an air fryer, there are a million recipes on the internet for just about any kind of food and it comes with a little cheat sheet. ... show more

Having just received the unit, I've only had opportunity to try a few things, but everything so far has been excellent! I can't help but think of it as a compact broiler - much more efficient than using the broiler aspect of a full-size stove/oven. I know one can use it to re-heat things... I'm somewhat averse to having to clean after cooking, so I'm going to try heating some things like stir-fry, or taco meat using a small, Pyrex, casserole dish (oven-safe) inside the tray. One of the reasons I purchased this is because microwaves can actually interact with foods at an atomic level, and breakdown proteins, etc. in foods, compromising their nutrients, which in some cases actually results in toxic compounds. I'll follow up on this review after gaining a bit more experience, but thus far I'm impressed. ... show more

My wife expressed a desire for an Air Fryer and this is one that her sister and brother-in-law had bought. We have been delighted with it! It's great for Fish and Chips like I might get at a local restaurant. The food comes out nice and crispy, "never soggy". And many packaged foods now include instructions for Preparation with an Air Fryer. The Beer Battered Cod and Thick Fries products I use have different cook times. So I cook the Fries first and hold them in a warming oven while I cook the Fish. The Fish cooks faster, and is the more critical element of the meal! Last night we made Barbecued Chicken. Much faster than a Croc Pot and a hit with the kids. It's fast and very easy to clean. And though we tried them we did not find the paper liners to be helpful. A helpful word of warning, we find the food cooks more quickly than directions might lead you to believe. So always check a couple of minutes before the instructions might suggest, particularly as you are getting used to the appliance. ... show more
