This thing is fantastic. The design is very sleek and the pump itself is extremely quiet and still puts out a decent amount of air. I'm currently using it as a lift for my breeder box and the flow is perfect for it. The size and design is unobtrusive so you can easily put it out of the way. Uses very little power which is an added plus. I will likely purchase a second one for an air stone to put inside the breeder box. One thing to note, the air output is low (expected and as described on product page) so you would not want to use a long tube and using a check valve does restrict it a bit more. I noticed the air lift on the breeder box worked better without the check valve. If that's not an issue for your application, I would still recommend using one. It’s seriously so quiet and it doesnt disrupt the water too much. I’ve tried other pumps and that push out so much air its hard for my fish to swim. This is the perfect amount and for the price? Can’t beat it. Also, I know it says for 10 gallons, but I use it on my 20 and it works perfectly.

It’s so quiet I can’t even tell it’s on- it’s small and not ugly- with that said it’s not too powerful I have it running with an xsmall sponge filter which I know is not an air stone but it’s definitely not as strong as the pictures looks but does the job.

This little guy is extremely quiet and powerful. I never heard it at night except for the bubbles it generates. It only uses 1.5W of energy and yet it generates significant amount of airflow to power an internal box filter that clears my 10 gallon tank within ah hour, or lots of air bubbles with the included air stone. This item is actually really good. It’s very quiet (silent) per stated in description. I love how small it is. It’s perfect for my 5 gallon tank. Just in case, it doesn’t come with the control/adjust (blue piece) valve. It just put that there for size reference.

The NICREW Nano is the first "silent" air pump I've owned that is actually almost silent. The air bubbles make more noise than the pump. The tiny size is great, and it is just the right amount of air for my old Evolv8 tank.

Very quiet. Hardly notice it at all. Nice to be able to stick it on to the back of the fish tank. Great for nano fish tanks. I would recommend not using it for anything bigger than a 10 gallon.
